Some guy gave them 1 star because they turned him away 5 min before close?! Your 15 dollars for the self wash is not worth paying an employee for the extra hour of work. I would never do that to someone... clearly you have never worked retail. I have gone in 5 min before close to purchase food, and they have been more than happy to take my purchase. You should plan better if youre wanting to use the self wash, and not be selfishly expecting someone to stay extra time so you can do something last minute. End rant. I love this place, therefore Im defensive. Its clean, aesthetically pleasing, and carries high quality products for cats and dogs. I love the tubs and ramps provided for larger dogs. Glad its right down the street!

Just had the best experience. Took my dog to get a bath after an extra muddy day at the dog park, and to research some specific food for my 18 year old dog. Not only did the women know what I needed, she knew every brand in depth. She talked nutritional percentages, ratios, and knew what I needed based on my description. I didnt catch her name, but she had glasses and a couple green streaks in her hair. They definitely gained a forever customer today!

We love this place. Perfect to bring and wash our dog without hurting our backs! their shampoo selection is fantastic. Staff is very friendly, helpful and know their stuff. Great prices on food as well (and its the good for your dog food too!) Def. recommend!
