The fact that the star rating between the 1 and 4 are almost equal speaks volumes. Twice Ive been here and twice Ive had terrible service. The first time I had asked if I could pet a puppy and she told me that I couldnt touch unless I was going to buy it. Seems like a shady thing to say to a customer. Especially when dealing with a live animal. Second time which was yesterday, I went in for some crickets and tried to use my card. She told me she wouldnt accept it and to go scrounging for change in my car.......this is place has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced while dealing with pets or pet supplies. The owner is rude and shouldnt be in business with that attitude towards paying customers.

The lady that owns it is great. She is the only person who has purple parakeets (at least what I have seen). Her animals do not come from animal mills, she breeds them herself or gets them from a local breeder. Also her pets there are very healthy, adorable, and sweet. You can also tells she takes great care of those animals, and has great service. But one down side to breeding that if she has the male and female 2gether 2 breed and 1 has babies they will breed and you can not tell they are pregnant for like a while. So, she might sell them to you, but if they have babies she will take them when they are weaned and make sure they have great homes. It is clean there. I love that little pet store.

Dont shop at this pet store! I dont like this pet store because they dont know what they are talking about. The lady there told me that certain fish would go good together. Well, a day later I looked in the tank and most of my fish were dead. Dont shop at this pet store. Also, the people in charge there will try to tell you whatever to get more money out of you. They upsell like crazy. Dont shop here! Go elsewhere.

Open 6 hours today, yet I get there and theres a sign saying out for lunch. Back in 30 minutes. Wait there almost 40 minutes and no one shows up. Another guy showed up and said he was there almost 20 minutes before I was. How do you stay in business when you close shop for an hour on a weekend, when youre only open 6 hours anyways.

Unfortunately the only thing I can comment on is false advertising!! Not open 24 hrs!! I drove half an hour to get much needed supplies for a new saltwater tank setup (110 gal )and they were closed at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. Off to Clarksville I go!
