We had brought some fish. We thought they would be a great addition to the tank, well we were wrong. With in getting them home one0 of them was not swimming, we didnt put much in to it. Then we awoke all of the 5 we have brought died, an a couple of the fish we have had for 7 months died as well. We did everything cleaned out the tank completely, treated for ick to make sure and with in 4 days all of our fish had died. The fish at this place our sick and not mainted well it seems when they go into a tank. The cashier had told me she brought 6 neon and they all died with in 24 hours. I will never return to this place.

We purchased $70 in fish and within 3 days 5 of them died. The cashier told us that there is a 14 day guarantee on them and that if they die bring them back and theyll replace them. I brought them back the manager replaced them and said he wouldnt replace them again if these died. By the time I got home (I went straight home and was very careful with them in the car) one was already dead. We have never had this problem with fish from other stores. We will not purchase fish here again.

Only walked through - not shopping for anything particular. But I bought my little dog probably the first toy he ever has liked that I picked out. We have had this dog 8 years now so many toys ignored or sniffed at and he just walked away never to play. But he has spent lots of time playing with the inexpensive stuffed dragon I got him from this store in Hendersonville,TN.

I literally come here all the time! I love this place! Love the team! They are very helpful and nice. I noticed a lot of people here talking about there fish dying. Ive been buying fish from them like crazy and only 2 have died in a month. I have 11 betta fish. Then I have some goldfish as well. So i guess Ive just had a lot of luck?

My wife and I took our two large dogs up to bathe them in the self serve dog wash. It was a great experience! Everyone there was so helpful and the dog wash area was awesome! It made bathing your dog so much easier.

Love this store!! They price match here. Theres a place to bath your dog. So no bending over a bath tub or mess in my bathroom. Prices are competitive the staff is nice and very helpful.
