I was very happy with the care that my puppy, Ginger, received during her grooming. When I called in the morning to make an appt., I was told how long and how much the grooming would be and they were spot on. Ginger had never been the groomer before and was a little nervous, Alicia was gentle with her. I shopped while I waited for her and was asked before the groomer was done if I was happy with the trim she had on her face. The other employees were friendly and curious about Ginger and what she was like at home. I would recommend the services there!

Dont take your dog to get groomed here EVER! It took my short-haired small dog 4 HOURS to get done. Absolutely unacceptable!!! I would give it no stars, but I had to give one to publish. GET IT TOGETHER OVER THERE!

Parking is easy, however prices are higher than what can be found in other places and cat selection is alot smaller. While great for convenience and nice employees. There is better.
