I dropped my dog off and when I picked him up he had only been partially cut. According to the groomer "he would not let us cut him". While I waited for someone to talk to, I noticed other dogs which were stressed, and were not being completely cooperative, and the groomer just gave up. Iwas charged full price for a partial cut. I have been taking my dog to another groomer who has never had any problems with my dog. Matter of fact she noted how well he acted during his grooming. I would not recommend PetSmart!

Ive been taking my pet here for several years now, but I think its time for me to find a new groomer. Even though they do a great job & my dog doesnt seem stressed when I pick him up, the prices is very high!!! He only gets groomed about every 3-4 months, but its very costly. I know you get what you pay for, so Im skeptical about taking him somewhere else. If anyone has suggestions please let me know! I do find the staff friendly & the work is good & they have my dog groomed within the time given.

The staff and management are incredibly helpful. We have a specific brand of dog food we buy and it seems like every time they are out of the larger bag and the markup on the smaller bags is pretty ridiculous. The staff looked all over for a large bag and when they couldnt find one sold us two of the smaller bags (which came to about the same amount of food)at the price of the larger bag, saving us quite a bit.of money

I went in to get my pets nails trimmed. I sat in the lobby while everyone was still working. No one greeted me and no one helped me. All I wanted was a simple nail trim but everyone seemed too busy to even look at me. I guess I will have to go somewhere else to get that.

Took my dog here to be groomed. The guy who "groomed" him was no professional. My dog was butchered. The manager was rude when I called about it. He did offer a do-over or refund. Should have taken the refund. No more "grooming" from petsmart!!!

I take my dog here to get groomed, always very happy with the service. The cashiers are typically friendly and fast. We used Banfield here as well but had a bad experience and have not been back to that part of the store.

Customer support was good, and the store and animals are kept in good condition. This store also has a fairly wide selection of pet care products, which is something the store I used to go to did not have.

They had three dead fish in one tank which can harm the other fish in the same tank. The floor was wet with no sign so that is a huge hazard. The staff were friendly but that is about the only good thing.

Buy your animals better food at PetSmart. The higher quality food keeps our animals happy and they dont eat as much. Cheap food is like junk food and your animals have to eat more to feel full.

Because I had a coupon for free dog food up to 8lbs. bag. I wish the parrot food for my Macaw was not so expensive. And the staff was helpful and friendly. Dog power all the way!!
