Will never take my dog back to grooming again. She ended up with a bald spot on her butt area an it is red and the groomer said they did not do that she said my dog had it when she came in. I know she did not because we brushed her real good the night before. Vet would not look at her unless my dog was checked in for a complete physical. I refused to pay for a physical I spoke to store manager and she was very nice and said she would check it out. The head groomer was very rude and no compassion toward Sassy dog

The store is great, staff is nice and the trainer here is amazing! I dont recommend the pet clinic here, they dont listen and dont seem to have much of a clue what they are doing. They ignored my concerns until it was too late and ended up making my puppy more sick than he was. Any other Banfield would be better.

Just got a new puppy, so I needed a good amount of things. I ended up getting two things. A couple cans of food and milk. I was also after a bed, crate, dry dog food, bowls etc but they were super high on their prices. Quadruple the prices of amazon. News flash, Petsmart; there are other places to shop for pets!

Grooming isnt great. They said my dogs nails were too short to trim but they can be heard clicking on the floor. I trimmed them myself. Also didnt do the cut as tight as instructed. We thought we were clear. They often seem disorganized. In fact, I was given the wrong dogs info at checkout.

I have an issue with fleas and the gent working was able to help me some, but didnt know a ton of useful tips that I didnt already know. He was very friendly and sympathetic to my issue and tried to help as much as he could. The cashier was also friendly.

Dropped our dog off at 11:30am, they said she would be done in under 2 hours because they were not busy, got a call 5 HOURS LATER which is past their 4 hour window, no courtesy call to say they got busy.

I took my dog there a few months back and was interested in training. The trainer could care less about my dog, rude, and made me feel like an idiot. Will drive across town before I go in there again.

My family came to this location earlier today and bought 9 goldfish and the woman that took the fish out of the holding tank spun the bag to seal it! Breaking one of our fishes tails!

I bought a bag of food that made my puppy sick, too high vitamin intake. I called the store and they offered me an exchange even though I trashed the receipt. You are the best.

These guys were great. They were very nice to our dog. Answered any question that we had. We were pleased enough to set up a 12 month wellness plan with them for our baby.

This is ok. Staff is helpful but not many variety of fish sold here. Cant say anything abt cats n dogs as i dont have any.
