Used this location 3 or 4 times, loved the quality of work. However, the last time my wife and I took our toy poodle, we dropped him off at 7:30 am. At 3:30 we still had not received a call stating he was ready, I was in the area so I went by to check. They told me that he has been ready since lunch and werent sure why they hadn’t called me yet. I picked up our pet only to get home and notice that his left eye was solid red. I took him to the vet the same day to learn that he had a busted blood vessel in his eye. The Dr told me that they see this fairly common with groomers that "pop" the animals on top of their head when they arent cooperating. Contacted Petsmart…got full refund. Not sure if that groomer is still there, but they lost ALL our business. My dog is very obedient as he is disciplined very strictly, but I am the owner and do not appreciate someone else hitting my pet!

Very unsatisfied with their customer service. I went in today May 19, 2016, trying to get a guinea pig, since I finally found one I really wanted, they wouldnt let me purchase one because they said the cage I already had was not big enough, my cage was plenty big enough, it is bigger than the aquarium cages they have them in and there was 2 in their cages, and I have everything else to take good care of a guinea pig, so they continuously gave excuses of reasons why I didnt need to get the guinea pig. Im very displeased and quite Pissed off. So they have lost a valuable customer. I would not recommend anyone go shop in there!!!

Had to hunt someone down to get meal worms for me. Get up to the front and no one was around to check anyone out. Had to go on another hunt. Several employees in the store but scattered all over the store and seemed to be disorganized.

The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. They are very knowledgeable on the products and the animals in store! Prices for products are descent, they seem to always have a clearance section also.

The store was clean. The animals look happy and taken care of. I purchased two Guinea pigs, and they are happy and healthy. The employees were nice, very helpful and knowledgeable.
