I wouldve have rated this 1 star but they wouldnt have shown the comment. We were a 5 year costumer and out of the sudden we took him and they didnt cut my dogs hair at all it all look the same and they told us that he wasnt letting them cut it but we have been going there for 5 years and they never said that before. So they told us that the manager was the one who cuts it and that they would give us a call to bring him back when she gets back from vacation but they never called us. So I schedule for another appointment a month later and they told okay then 3 days later they called me saying that he was no longer allow at the grooming salon because they fail us with the service. So Im not understanding why they made the choice when they fails us with the service not us to them ??! Why didnt they tell me this when I scheduled him? They called me the same day he was schedule thats very unprofessional. Im very angry and disappointed. From Tato

I took my dog to Pet Smart for a bath- repeat just a bath. And they called to tell me how much my dog hated it and asked me not to bring her back. Just for some perspective, our normal groomer has 20 years of experience and insists that my dog is the easiest dog shes ever groomed. They are clearly inexperienced and untrained. The inside of her ears were also full of water when I picked her up, so I imagine her visit was quite uncomfortable.

My mother and I were thinking of adopting a cat and after trying to get the attention of the employees behind the cages (they wouldnt even look at us) we then tried to get three other employees attention 2 of which were not remotely dealing with any customers , they acted like we were not even there, so I highly doubt I will ever go there again
