Because the store itself isnt all that busy, theres usually very little staff and short business hours on features like grooming. That being said, Ive always had pleasant visits with the staff. Their selection of pet items is awesome compared to anywhere else in town, but it is a little pricey. Definitely worth the visit if youre not in a rush and have a silver penny to spend.
