So I went in here on May 20th of 2017 and I was going to pick up a movie that was on the website went to the store cuz it was at the store and talk to one of the people in the audio video Department and give me the number and told him what it was he looked it up they said it would be in back came back said that they discontinued that item. The guy who helped me he really did not know what he was talking about. Then I called the customer service talk to the manager I told them that was on the website it should be in the store. She got really really snotty with me saying Ive got customers to take care of and so on and so forth. So I just hung up the phone with her had a really really bad experience here and I definitely WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Target, but had a terrible experience with a very rude employee. My sister-in-law and I were putting our cart away after shopping and apparently put it in the wrong place (we had one of the bigger ones with the child seats attached, and put it off to the side lined up behind two others off to the side). The employee then loudly started to scold and yell at us for "just leaving it there" in front of my two young children (3 and 1). Ive never been treated so poorly by a Target employee, or any other employee for that fact. Im sure that this employees actions dont reflect those of all other employees in this particular store, but it will definitely cause me to utilize other Target stores in the area to avoid being treated that way again.

Went to find a top and a pair of dress pants for a meeting, and when i got to the womens department all i could hear was the associates (roughly 5/6 of them) talking loudly about celebrities and their lives and who was having the latest affair along with pointing out how ugly the clothes were that they were hanging. When i asked if they had any dress pants i was pointed in the direction of a rack that had black pants on them i proceeded to let them know that those were not dress pants but rather just black yoga type pants and i was told oh well then i guess we dont have any left. While they walked away and went back to what they were doing. Not very helpful at this store, think ill stick to valley west one

I got the most disrespectful customer service assistant at this store. She spoke with the "well umm I dont know what yews wants me to tell ya" content. All I wanted was a particular shirt but she wouldnt assist me on if they had it or where it might be. Will never go back to this store. To many other options out there.

they were rude when I tried to return my iPod that had stopped working like 3 weeks after I had bought it. I had never even dropped it and they wouldnt allow me to return it I had the box it came in and the earphones and even the charging cord but no.

Every time I come here to find a DVD that it says they stick on the website, its never on the shelf & have to waste a huge amount of time waiting for someone to find it. Why wouldnt you have this stuff out to buy??

Very friendly; very fast. They even made me aware of a new menu item - the veggie pattie - and a new incentive program. Im crazy for that stuff.

This Target is one of the Anchors of the Merle Hay Mall. Great smaller Target, staff is friendly and the store is generally in nice shape.

Not the best Target store to go to. Its attached to the mall so you have to hunt for parking and deal with traffic and poor entrance/exit.
