PARENTS: avoid this store! I just had my worst Target experience EVER at this store. I will avoid this store from now on at all costs! There was only one, yes ONE regular check out line open at peak time during the evening and the rest "over flowed" to the self check out--where there were many others standing in line. (There was another line where a cashier was checking people out but she had her light off like she was trying to leave) As a mom with 2 kids, it is nearly impossible to self-check out. But I refused to wait in a line that was 10-people-deep with screaming kids ready to be done. Although Im sure these self checkouts are great for people with a few select items, for those of us that buy a bunch of groceries it is very hard to do produce or get the gift card coupon offers with the machines. I had to have a person come over and help me 4 times. It took me a very long time to complete and bag my own things while juggling kids. I proceeded to talk to the manager to let them know how terrible the experience was. He said they were low staffed and that people liked those self-check outs. Right. Thats why there were so many people standing in line waiting for the one person.

Was in last night for a little pizza and a gift bag for an event today. The pizza counter was for some reason closed super early, which is of course completely unacceptable, however it was for the best, because when I got within 6 aisles of the laundry soap I nearly barfed. Apparently there is zero ventilation in this store, and I STILL have a headache (20 hours later) from having been near the laundry soap. Im sensitive to chemical odors like this, but its not usually such a problem unless I happen to be IN the aisle (Ive been known to send an employee down there for me to get my free and clear) and someone opens another bottle while Im there. I shouldnt be able to get a migraine from another part of the store, and you people really shouldnt sell that stuff indoors without any kind of ventilation. Might as well let people smoke cigars, thats not any worse. Wont be back.

This Target is one of my least favorite Targets. It is a Super Target, so thats nice, but their cashiers need to be retrained on customer service and how to bag customers merchandise. Many dont seem to have any motivation or regard for the customer they are currently checking out or the customers waiting in line. Ive interacted with a guy who worked in the meat department and he was super friendly and helpful. The employees who work throughout the store and in specific departments are friendly and helpful. The cashiers need a bit more training and a pep talk. Its been newly remodeled recently and it looks very nice inside.

One staff member in particular stood out to me tonight, her name is Chelsey and she was working in the clothing department at the time. She insisted on going out of her way to help me find sizes and colors I needed. Searching the system for different options and after I walked to the other end of the store, she ended up finding the color that I wanted and tracked me down. Such a refreshing sight to see, huge help and will keep me coming back.

The benefit of this Target is supposedly its the second location in the country to Hennepin to get the good stuff since so many Target execs live in the lake Minnetonka area. My problem with Target is really the lack of selection of discount goods. It seems Target wants to be high end, but if I am going to pay those prices I might as well either pay a little more to buy actual higher end stuff, or much less to buy something at Walmart.

Theres not much to say here that nobody doesnt already know. Target is an awesome store to find all the things your family needs on a weekly basis. Their recent addition of quality organic / free range food choices is a welcome to our family. The new CVS pharmacy is doing a great job with customer service and handling all of our needs with efficiency and competence.

Checking out is just frustrating, it is soooo slow now. I always shopped at target, and you would be checked out ASAP as they were v ery concerned about you wait. They dont not have the people to check you out and the self check out is alway backed up. I have been going to cub. You can get and check out quickly.

We shop here because of proximity to our home, but there are many times we end up ordering things online elsewhere or making a second stop because they have issues with maintaining stocked shelves of even basic items you would expect them to have. I have noticed though the issue is slowly improving.

There was an issue with my online store pick up cell phone order, but Ryan in the mobile phone section went above and beyond to figure things out and make the experience as smooth as possible. He is a valuable asset to this store and dealt with a stressful situation in a timely and effective manner.

This place is just fine. I also have issues with strong chemical oders and have to say that no extra ventilation is needed. Kevin Jaskolka seems to be a prissy drama queen (which is of course, completely unacceptable). Im sure the employees of that store are enthused by his self imposed exile.

The SLOOOOOWEST Target Ive ever been to. The store is nice, people are usually friendly, but they really need to open more check lanes, and get faster cashiers. Not sure if they are trying to "encourage" people to use the self-check lanes by having bad service?

I was so happy with the bakery here! A very pleasant and fun interaction with the cake decorator, Ana - helped me get the perfect & delicious "Where the Wild Things Are" themed cake and sugar cookies for a baby shower! I will be ordering deserts from here again!

Great return policy. Use redcard for free shipping. Dont buy HDMI cables at Target. WAY overpriced. You can get a 2 pack on Amazon for 1/3 the price of 1 cable at Target.

A larger super target with a good variety of items. Use your target card for the 5% off! Good parking but an odd parking lot area. Friendly checkout staff.
