I bought an Ipad for thanks giving in deal, when I came home and opened it the product inside the box and specs mentioned on the box were different and Ipad looked like it was used as it had scratches and it didnt ask me for the usual apple start up. so I went back to the store to complain and return the product. Joe Manager yelled at me and behaved with extreme discrimination, Alicia another manager asked me to leave the store they didnt gave me any options for returning the product, and Brooklyn security personnel and other guest services people pushed me out of the store. I was explaining them what happend and they dont want to listen to it or they dont want to help the customer, instead they pushed me out of the store. "Do you call this customer service ? ". They wanted me to go to apple corp, I made a call to apple corp as well as I went to apple store they denied of replacing it or making any changes to the purchase as I didnt buy from them. I complained to the target management and went again to this store with complaint number. as soon as I step in they dont even want to talk to me security personnel Brooklyn threatened me and pushed me out of the store. For the first time I felt like a cockroach and useless, I work in a reputed IT firm and I spent many hundreds of dollars at this target. They have treated me with utmost disrespect, discrimination, humiliation and racism. This is the worst behavior of staff I have ever seen in any store.

Worst target I have ever been, 0 customer satisfaction I bought an iPad for this thanks giving and box had a used iPad in it went to return it lady in the customer service center denied it Alicia manager, joe manager, Brooklyn security personnel tried to threaten me and pushed me out of the store. I faced a humiliation and racism at this store, and Im writing this review with tears in my eyes. They told me to go to apple for replacement but apple denied it saying I didnt buy at Apple and bought at target. This store and guys here ruined my thanksgiving day. I spent $370 they pushed me into trash I lost my money faced humiliation and racism here. I would never go to any target store and see my friends dont go there to buy any items in offer.

Found an item I needed multiple of online, went to one location (not here) and had very helpful people, however the store does not honor for more than one item (even on its own online store). Ordered the rest of what I needed at the other store and went to pick it up. Was treated terribly by a lady in glasses and told to wait due to stocking items (getting your own items off the shelf doesnt count as picking up). Ok, sure. I saw the items come to the desk, I was e-mailed going on 13 minutes ago my order was ready for pickup and the young lady with glasses clocked off and left for the day. Terrible service in the customer service department.

Incompetent customer service. I handed a bag with clothing to return. I trusted the person to complete the return. I didnt initially count the money refunded. But after I walked I realized that there was money missing. I didnt expect an error with 2 pants 2 shirts and a tie. When I returned, the representative downright said she didnt scan. Security indicated I might be wrong. I was forced to wait for a camera look considering I demanded it. All I can say is Incompetent

We bought some household things and a few groceries that included a six pack of IPA. They carded me. No problem even though I am 57 years old and its kind of obvious. Then she insisted that I take my license out so that she could scan it. Excuse me, Missy? Target doesnt exactly do a stellar job of protecting customers data. Why do you need to scan my license? Turns out she wasnt allowed by corporate to think...not even a little. Sad.

I HATE IT THERE IT WAS THE WORST THE CASHIERS WERE HORRIBLE THE PRICES ARE SOOOOO HIGH AND THE MAIN STORE IN GENERAL IS HORRIBLE, THEY ARE SO PRICEY, THEY ARE NOT A GOOD STORE EVERY STORE EVERYWHERE IS BAD. ALL ARE GETTING WORSE BY THE SECOND DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL, GO TO HYVEE, THEY HAVE WAY BETTER STORES AND MERCHANDISE THAN THIS HORRIBLE STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time we go by a Target the Star Spangled Banner starts playing in my head and I dig it! We made a quick stop for some walking shoes and this Target, like its friends, had plenty to choose from. Its got the familiar set up of other Targets so I found my way to the electronics section in a jiff. Love Target - Love America - Target is America!

I like the store in general. Its just a pain to get to it. Stop light, turns and stop signs. Thats about my only gripe. Its just not super convenient, unless youre already going to West Glen. The RedCard comes in handy, you save 5% on every purchase, the Cartwheel app is also a nice way to save additional money on select items.

Love their bakery section! I had them make a personalized cake for me, and they were able to make is exactly how I asked! The cake looked beautiful and taste just a good as it looked! I will definitely be ordering my cakes from the Target bakery in the future!

Everything was fine besides the significant amount of food about to expire in cartons and cans, and the clothing being put on hangers that werent even close to their correct size (size 2t on a 4t hanger and 4ts on 2t hangers...all the clothes were that way).

Its a SuperTarget, with grocery, and normal retail options. Its right off the highway and easy to find with ample parking and access to many other shops situated nearby. Its a clean store, with good staff, and everything you expect from a Target store.

Great super target. Its always very well stocked. Their baby section (clothing, furniture, toys, diapers, formula, you name it) is huge with a wide selection. Getting there can be a bit tricky, traffic is always crazy in that part of town.

This Target is always slightly disorganized and the bathrooms are messy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The clientele are pretentious and obnoxious which sometimes makes the experience of shopping here awkward and even aggravating.

Wide selection, just like any other Target, but the customer service, compared to other Targets around Des Moines, lacks. Their customer service associates always try to shaft you on price matches, coupons and Cartwheel deals.
