If I could, I would give absolutely no stars for my experience with the Wal-Mart pharmacy on Mansfield Road, Shreveport, LA. I took a prescription to the counter and the lady told me that it was an over-the-counter drug now. I told her I didnt want to buy over-the-counter because my insurance would fill it for $5.00. She evidently didnt like what I had to say (which I would think if she could save 20.00, she would do it too), because she made a little huff, then told me that they cant fill it because it is in the form of packets and they dont have packets and told me to call the doctors office while all this time trying to shove the prescription back into my hand. I told her I would except the jar, because thats how I always get it filled - she said they can t do that, so I said cant you call the doctors office. I guess asking some one to do their job is too much to ask these days, because she gives me this go- to-hell look and states that it will be a while before it gets filled. I told her I dont mind that I will check back later. I came back to the pharmacy four to five days later, because I never got a call stating that my prescription was ready. Not only did they not fill it, they also lost the prescription. They told me that they called the doctors office and the doctors office said it could not be changed. Well, I know better than that, because I have had Brookshires, Rite-Aid and Krogers have absolutely no problem with this prescription. This is a stool softener, its not like its a controlled substance!!!!! I called my doctors office, which I have been going to every month for the last 7 years due to a chronic pain condition that I have, and they said that their records show that no one called to change the form of dispensing a medication. I am appalled at this pharmacy and will never get my prescriptions or any family members prescription filled there again. Thanks!

I called to ask a quick question. The first man I spoke too seemed half asleep, or bored with the fact he had to take my call. No big deal. When he transferred me to the money center (I had a question about money orders, one of our clients lost his and I needed to get it re-issued.) the girl seemed very nice. She put me on hold, didnt tell me she was going to transfer me, and then hung up. I dont mind being put on hold, but hanging up was rude. So I was a little upset, but called back. I asked for the money center and told the girl "Im not sure if you guys accidentally hung up, or if we got disconnected, b-" and the woman cut me off. She said "Um, no, you hung up. She transferred you to me." Why would I hang up when I have a question that needs to be answered? And I wasnt even rude about it. As a receptionist I know what phone etiquette is, maybe they should be reminded.

My son had a prescription called into CVS for Generic flonase because the last time he got it, it was for 19.99 with no insurance and with a Discount Drug Coupon. But for some reason, it was going to cost 80.00; so he looked up the cheapest price with the Discount Drug Coupon, which tells that Walmarts will accept this coupon at a cost of 14.11. So he had it transferred to Walmarts only to find out that they dont accept this coupon & wanted 44.00. I just wanted the people to know to be aware of this scam that Walmarts has. Ive been slowly getting away from Walmarts due to their prices not being as low as they advertise. They are always out of stock on everything & plus having two registers open in the whole store with about 10 to 15 in line. Krogers is my new store from now on.

This store is so nasty dirty and bathrooms are terrible. As far as any customer service is awful. Employees constantly standing around talking to one another or on there phones. Whats up with letting your employees park up front thats a no no. Plus allowing them to smoke by front doors employees and sitting in the lawn furniture for sale out front Come on store manager people need jobs get rid of the trash you employ there. Also was told one price on a prescription and soon as they found out I had coupon they raised the price so they could still get their (WALMART) there normal price. I think you really need district managers to look into this AWFUL location

Today there was a case of cart rage when a woman with breathing difficulties verbally accosted a woman who had just recovered from open heart surgery, standing in the way of the disabled cart, demanding she relinquish the cart to her. This is because, although they have several carts, only a couple are ever charged - one of the plugs is faulty. The carts are difficult to access being squeezed between arcade machines and such and this also means plugging and unplugging them requires the acrobatic skill of a gymnast to get to the sockets - there are no gaps either side once the machines are backed in.

Worst experience in the automotive department. I have used this particular location on two other occasions for a quick oil change. I guess their procedure has changed since the last two times and employee thought I needed a lecture on the new procedure. Needless to say I did not let them touch either vehicle I brought and they will not get another opportunity too. Cashier was very friendly as well as the person I had to hunt up to get my keys returned to me. Who ever was directing cars lost you your current and future business.

We went to get our groceries. The store was a mess. There were buckets everywhere to catch the water that was leaking from the roof. There wasnt a place in the store that didnt have a bucket. There was also water all over the floor as well. We also bought a package of string cheese. When we got home and opened the cheese, two of the pieces were brown. We checked the expiration date on the back, and it was April 2013. We bought the cheese in June 2013. I was disgusted that this was still on the shelf for me to purchase.

The cashiers in this store make you pay close attention to "customer service" theyre overall appearance speaks for the type of attitude they exudes. They DO NOT greet you and make you feel as though you have broken the law by shopping in that store! My son who is 12yrs old and has lived in Las Vegas half of his life noticed how unpleasant the service was and not just for us but for other customer as well. Of course we only went to this particular location because we were in the area...Never Again!!!
