I went to grab a few things past midnight since my local Wal-Mart was closed to the ever lovely Orange Walmart. I rush from the dimly lit parking lot into the store to grab a filthy buggy (found a cleaning wipe though) and make my way to grab a few things. My wife wanted jello so I go to grab the jello and feel a weird squishy sensation. I pull it out and find that my hand is now covered in some sort of semi-liquid powdery green mold. So much for that. I grab my wet wipes I used to wipe down the cart and get the gunk off my hand. I meander around the store, and people stocking things, to grab a few odds and ends and try to make my way out of there. I start looking for a register but there are literally no cashiers. I come to the realization that, even though Ive seen probably 30 employees, they cant be bothered to have a cashier. Looks like its time to bag my own groceries. After I fight with that for a while I make it out of there to see 4 workers sitting around smoking cigarettes and riding the carts talking to random non-workers sitting around smoking. Fun trip. Ill be glad when there is a Super Wal-Mart in Vidor. At least I can be disappointed locally without driving 30 minutes away.

My wife called in groceries, and I went to pick them up the next day. Called the number to say I was there to pick them up, and lady said I had a few people ahead of me. Then, I noticed people getting their groceries that showed up after me. After waiting 44 minutes, lady comes out to me and asks me for my name again. I asked her why its taking so long, and at this time 5 people had jumped me in line. She told me she had no way of knowing who called in what order. After waiting 49 minutes I called the manager, who said he would come out shortly. After waiting 52 minutes I finally got our groceries. I waited a few minutes for the manager to show up, but I eventually left before talking to anyone about it. BOTTOM LINE.....if youre going to offer a service, make sure you do it right! I will think twice about picking up groceries there again. I could have gone inside and got them in a shorter period of time.

Ive been waiting over 30 minutes to receive some assistance in the pet department although a large majority of them are already dead I would like to buy a fish for my daughter but it doesnt look like it is going to happen there is so many employees however no one can help as a service provider myself we do what we can when we can to make our customers have we make sure that we do all weekend or contact for help them contact the people who can I am highly disappointed with such a large corporate company

Most employees do not have any idea about their department and are just here for a paycheck. This falls to management not properly training anyone. Most products are here and easy to locate. The size of this location needs to invest in more disability carts. Store itself is clean however parking lot needs more attention . Bathrooms and supposed to be monitored and kept clean through out all shifts and this needs a bit more attention as well.

I would recommend never using their tire center. Theyre rude and completely unhelpful. They had me waiting for 30 minutes before they told me they didnt even have the right size tires I needed. As far as shopping, the employees are helpful with helping you find everything, but there are usually only 3 check out lanes open, no matter what time of the day it is. This location does not offer same day pickup for online groceries either.

Just wanted to let everyone know that if you guys could have your employees smile and say thank you this would be the friendly place.just like the other day I came in and when I checked out with my 6 items the lady was just slinging this around didnt even smile or say thank you or anything and this is just upsetting because I spend a lot. Of money there

The Walmart in West Orange is very simple to find your way around to the items your looking for, but dont expect any help from employees. Most of them will try to run from you as soon as you see them. And their security staff uses racial profiling and very, very little cause needed for them to start following your around for the rest of your visit.

Your employees smoke and sell drugs in the parking lot. They blast there music rattling houses blocks away. In store they act like your supposed to move out of their way. The manager should be fired and the staff drug tested!! Particularly the employees the have the white capris and the Pontiac that looks like a grand AM

I have to assume that the employees are hired from a mental institution and given pointers by management to be rude and disgraceful. Wal-mart employees are some of the rudest psychotic people i have ever had to deal with. The pharmacy is hands down the moat egotistical spawns of satan ever

While buying school clothes today for my.five year-old lill girl after purchasing over $250 in items the store was unable to remove there security tag I have already paid a sore assistance have disappeared with my purchased items no wheres to be found and now have been waiting over an hour

Had to wait in long line and finally a cashier opened another register. Couldnt find what I was looking for in health and beauty, department needs to be reworked and products ordered. Never could find what I was looking for. Guess I will have to start going to another store.

While there is not much of an option regarding large chain stores in the small town of Orange, this Walmart has many long-term employees that are quite knowledgeable with the stores layout. Other than long-term employees, this Walmart doesnt stand out from any other Walmart.

They have gotten much better over the years. The employees could use a break from customers who think they know everything. They work just as hard as you do. If you see something spilled, wrong or questionable the management can be reached with ease.

Only 3 self checkouts open and no regular registers open... this is total unsatisfactory for people trying to get late night shopping or just a couple items . Stood there for 10 min before was able to check out with 7 items.

There are Never any electric carts for disabled people such as me and my sister. Do, we can only purchase s few items at a time. Therefore I have to say I am very disappointed with our local Walmart. We NEED Carts!

This is a typical WalMart. I needed to run in for a couple of toys for my kids. Thankfully the store had the same layout as the one where I live at, so finding what I needed was easy.
