My Sears here in Springfield Ohio tried to call several times & I have called this store during business hours several times and tried almost every department and cant get anyone to answer the phone. It sends me through to a answering machine. Im in Ohio and need to pay for item here and it be picked up there by my son a Lamar college student. PATHETIC!!! UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! DISAPPOINTED !!!!

Dont know where to start...used to like Sears. My last 10 or so dealings with them have been terrible...wrong parts, rude service, finicky return process. Didnt use my credit line with them for awhile and they dropped me (yeah, I know, sure its in the fine print somewhere...but Ive bought a lot of things at Sears over the years). Im about done with them

Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars to there appliance repair center! A&E service is who they go through and they are junk. Horrible customer service and the techs so bare minimum! And wont come back if they messed something up or even answer when you try and call them. Horrible! Just horrible!

unprofessional & slow. went in to have a tire patched. took 3 hours. guy doing work stopped every 2 minutes to text. guy on register did not know what he was doing...horrible experience!

Says they open at 10am on Saturday but people are waiting outside after 10am! Maybe the employees should get to work earlier!
