Disorganization runs rampant here. In a total of 5 days I have been severely inconvenienced by the Home Delivery department a total of 3 times now. I have had to call a million times to explain my issues over and over again, and supposedly when I solve it with the customer service representative, nothing follows through. I got my fridge for a good price, but Sears non-existent sense of urgency has basically cancelled out the fact that I was originally happy about saving money. My fridge is finally supposed to be delivered tomorrow- but if that falls through- Im getting my money back and going somewhere else that is actually grateful for my business. Plans of making future purchases here are slim to none. Sears- I highly suggest that you try to work with your customers and at least pretend like you are happy to serve them- especially when they are nothing but compliant and polite. My experience with you has been severely disappointing.

ridiculous, Went with my brother inlaw to pick up a few things he ordered online. They have a 5 min service they advertise however the ticket was closed before we received our items. The lady in the office had a very bad attitude and never turned around to look at us when she was talking or listening. A manager never arrived and after 25 min asked for a refund since they couldnt give us all the items we had purchased no manager would come out and we were told that a refund couldnt be given. We kept discusing it till the refund was given and we left. This been an issue each time we go there. this will be the last. I understand a bad day, maybe a few bad ones but this is terrible

The Sears automotive center is terrible. I have used this store numerous times, and the wait time is very long. That is not the worst part. My wife went the other day to have the tires that were purchased from the store rotated. On one side they decided to leave off the lock nut and valve stem cap. Rotating tires is not rocket science. If they cant even get that right how can you trust them to do any sort of mechanic work. That bad part is, I did not notice this was the case for about a week and dont even feel like going back up there to deal with the people who run the store.

Follow through on delivery of my washer was the worst I have every experienced...it was a nightmare. I kept getting cut off and when I spoke with anyone they never could find my order in the system. I dont know if I will ever get my washer. It is supposed to be delivered sometime????? today. If not I will take my receipt to the store and tell them to shove their washer up their you know what. This is a sorrystore to deal with as far as delivery services.

The telephone service for Sears is horrible. I called and waited on hold for about 5 minutes. Then someone picked up and you could tell they intentionally hung up so they wouldnt have to deal with the call. I called back and the very same thing happened again. Unfortunately, I will have to go to the store to deal with my issue now, but they will hear about this. No wonder Sears is struggling compared to their competitors.

I took back some shoes that was purchase for my father in law for fathers day that I bought ahead of time and they wouldnt take them back or exchange them for larger size since it had been 31 days but only 2 days after father day. Was rude and wouldnt let me talk with a manager. Will not be purchasing fro. SEARS again and will tell Co workers and friends they should consider not shopping there either.

Dont bother calling it is a waste of time. They failed to put all the lug nuts back on my truck when purchased a new set of tires over $1000. I called and was happy that they were able to get replacement 1/2 hour later, however, I had to wait in line instead of just handing me the lug nut that THEY LOST.

They kept saying that they would deliver my fridge, and said that they were being held up. I had been promised my fridge and we were without a fridge for a week. Annette the manager was extremely rude. Will never go to another Sears again.

Try to buy a bed. No help even though there were salesmen and women around. When I finally asked one woman, she answered as if I was bothering her. No one wants money. Terrible experience. Going online.

The staffs were friendly. I didnt have any problems calling the store on phone or ask for help whether on the phone or at the store. I highly recommend this place for auto services!!!
