I have, on several occasions this year (2010), gone to the Belks in Shreveport specifically to purchase something advertised in their current sales brochure only to be told that item was not included...even when a picture of the item was in the brochure. Ive gone for shoe sales only to be told "All shoes" didnt mean all shoes, "All Kim-brand shorts and capris, etc." only meant a few selected items. Its too hot and gasoline is too expensive - I doubt seriously Ill go back.

I went to Belk today and I will have to say..."a great experience". Salespeople were pleasant, smiling and you could truly tell they loved working there. The prices were great (I got a great jacket for $18, Original price $75) and the store was very clean and organized. Great shoes and Cosmetics area. I will definately go back and recommend.

I love Belk! Not just this one but Bossier too. When it comes to getting my makeup, they are the best. If I go to Dillards to get Lancome, their salespeople just dont even compare. Thank you ladies!! :)
