Purchased a matress and box spring and was given the delivery day of Dec 4th, all day. Had to take the day off work not knowing what time it would be delivered. Received an automated email and phone call on Dec 3rd telling me my delivery window was Dec 4th between 1:45 and 3:45. Sat home all day and come 4pm, hadnt heard anything. Called Sears to be told they had changed our delivery day to Dec 11th as the set didnt make it in from the warehouse in time. Been on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to find out why they 1. Dont notify you theyve pushed your delivery back a week, and 2. Still called yesterday evening with a delivery window for today. So far no luck, just being offered points to come back and shop. Pretty sure we wont ever be making another purchase from Sears again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. This store and company has the most ridiculous process for when something brand new breaks down. We bought a new refrigerator that stopped working three months after purchase. It’s been a month and we have been without a fridge because all they will do is send a repair man out only to have it break down again and again. They have no customer service ANYWHERE! You can either call to set up a repair or talk to the store manager directly. His names Josh and he will never return your calls, is not around when he says he will be and does not really give a crap that you have no working fridge for a month and have to take days off to schedule repairs.

A nightmare all around. No one in this organization knows how to treat a customer. From the botched "delivery" of our new elliptical, which we had to go pick up, to getting the run-around from their credit and customer relations departments in trying to get credited for the service that was never used. I actually got hung up on, and I still havent been able to get anyone to take care of this credit. I will never purchase here again.

Went over there for a basic Treadmill for just doing some occasional walking. Went home to assemble and found a piece broken. Called the store and told me to bring the broken piece in. They were able to take it off of another model- in less than five minutes I was back out the door. I was surprised by the great level of customer service. Treadmill works great and big thanks to Rich who was very helpful.

Washer and dryer followup. Refund finally after 4 months. Ken and his manager still no call backs. House walls are still damaged from delivery 1 of 4. Stay away an I also see they have somehow been deleteing others bad reviews for this and other stores. Go to lowes we just ordered this same set from them and everything went perfect. Along with great delivery and communication.

I have never been more satisfied with customer service at the Burnsville Sears. Had minor issue with a mattress purchase, really minor. And the sales associate Isaiah and the store manager Drew went above my expectations to remedy the issue. Drew obviously knows how to treat his customers. I will go out of my way to use Burnsville Sears as my go to store.

We drove from Rochester to have our tires warrentied. Michael the manager in the service center was an outstanding help and was so willing to do everything he could service us!! I would definitely would recommend sears service center... we are very grateful for your services Michael.... Thanks for going the extra mile for us.

As a store, I feel Sears are kind of a letdown as far as showmanship. However, if you check Consumer Reports, a lot of their unique brand appliances are rated very highly (I have a newer fridge and range oven from them). The staff is usually fairly helpful, and the rewards program is free (but it sends a lot of emails).

This Sears has been here for decades and I have used it for everything from auto supplies to kitchen appliances to clothing. Retail and shopping malls are suffering recently and there are some signs of that with less staff and inventory. I would still check here if in the area.

Went to buy a $400 vacume, drove all the way back home to northfield , come to find what I had bought was a used one already, still had hair in the vacuume and looks to be scratched. Will buy the vacuume from Target now.

Customer service has become a joke. Cant get a manager on the phone, and when you leave a message, no one calls back. Its really no wonder at all why Sears has fallen into the toilet.
