I was quite disappointed in the Mankato store. I bought a pair of capris that I tried on at the store. They fit so when I got home I took the tags off and packed them in my bag for my trip. I noticed after I was away from home that the seam had come out of the capris so I couldnt wear them. I took it back into the store, asked if I could return or trade them if they still had a pair and she said that would be fine but only if they had them left. They didnt have my size and I was informed that she couldnt do anything since I didnt have my slip to scan. I dont understand why they couldnt take another pair of them and scan them. I was more than happy to exchange for something else in the store. What upset me the most was the smug comment the lady in the womens section made when I couldnt find the right size. It was almost as if she was happy she couldnt help me. Im pretty sure I wont be going back to this store again.

As we walked in to go through the store to get to the food court, the red haired manager apparently thought it was important to say very loudly (for everyone was able to hear) "why are there so many people in here?" Wow. I understand you guys are closing but to be completely disrespectful to us and the other people getting ready to leave is unacceptable. I would like to think managers know how to be appropriate and apparently she thinks being rude and making faces is ok. Never shopping at this location. 6 pm 1-24-15.

The lady that helped us at first was very good especially since she wasnt from that department We a actually left to check another store and then came back because the selection was much better in our price range The person who actually worked in that department helped us this time and realized what we wanted and helped us find an even better buy for us. We really appreciate what she did for us Thank you very much
