Worst customer service of any retail location Ive ever been. Went to the jewelry department during lunch to pick something up for someone. Sign said open but no one was there to help. I pushed the assistance button an shortly after heard them call for help to the jewelry department. 5 minutes later still no one and the push for assistance light came back on. I pushed again and again heard a call for customer service in Jewelry. 5 more minutes no one. I walked over to a cashier and asked if he could call a manager and get some help. He replied they already called it over the speaker. I said yes, twice and still no one. Went back across the isle back to the Jewelry dept. Then pushed the button for the third time. Finally someone showed up and the very first thing they said was dont be mad at me I just clocked in (I had not said anything to her). She said, Im assuming your waiting for help and I said yes, for 20 minutes. She replied it wasnt 20 minutes because she heard it over the speaker 15 minutes ago. If she heard it 15 minutes ago, why didnt I get help? Thats when I had enough and told her to forget it, Ill make my jewelry purchase elsewhere. Customer service like this is why the customers are going to places like Amazon.

In de past I always felt like this was de bigger Walmart with just a little bit maybe slightly different selection.. if you like polka dots or stripes. Employees usually seem either incoherent or suspiciously too friendly.. it usually just helps to be aware & pay attention anywhere you go. For example, de other day de spaghetti sauce was displayed on sale for $2 but was not on sale it was only $1as normally that brand.. & de lady at de money center tried to give me a nickle instead of de$5 she owed me but she quickly played it off & corrected it when I mentioned it. Like I said, just be alert. De McDonalds is hit or miss.. sometimes food & service is great sometimes suck. De Wi-Fi usually works well in both store & restaurant. De bathrooms in de back of de store are usually quiet&cleaner than de over crowded ones in de front. I didnt care for de hot food bakery at this location & does not have de pizza by slice I like from de other locations. Produce always seems well & decent selection of home ware&decent selection in bath&health products.

Wal-Mart generally sucks balls& that is not a lie at all! Itll only get worse as the holidays come forth! Although, I must say that every one that I talked to there tonight, was actually quite polite and friendly to me. Which only really consist of about two of the hourly workers. Every one else just looked at me as if you I were a lunatic because I talked to myself for the whole time I was in the store! Go figure? No one else is going to listen to me anyway! Just go to Wal-Mart and decide for yourself or dont. You have the power to make that decision. If you have read all of this post , then you are very likely to have become a lot more dumbfounded about the whole world! Thank you & good night , Ill be here all week!

I HAVE to USE the electric carts. I HAVE spent loads of money THERE. BUT I Will NOT go back anymore. In ALL of the clothing sections it is impossible to get around in the electric cart without actually having to USE the electric cart to move the hanging clothes and the tables of clothing to go through those sections. I sincerely apologize for being handicapped and can NOT get through those areas that are jammed together on the electric carts. Sam is probably constantly rolling in his grave the way his stores are run and no consideration for his customers!!!!!!!

Its a typical super center. It has a Mc Donalds, Red Box, the cash center has moved to a more visual location, which is nice. I gave a 3 for the following reasons: 1) I shop late at night and this is when they stock the shelfs and clean the floors. Which I understand completely but it can be very inconvenient when a whole section is closed. 2) Its usually over crowded and never, never more than 6 checkout lanes with cashiers. Whats up with that? The selection is good and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

This is one of the worse walmarts I have ever been in once my husband & I went in fairly late they locked both door because they decided to mop the nasty floors. We waited in the checkout line for 45 minutes everyone was complaining. The employees was so rude I will say there is 2 employees in the McDonalds in the Walmart that are very nice one was a man that was cooking & an elderly lady working the front & it was late.

Workers in bakery are not helpful at all and rude and your workers in a self check out are rude and when you need them to come to your check out they get in no hurry. But then neither does the people you need to ring something up in the other check ours when checkers are to young to ring it up. You really should do something about this. That is if you really do value customer feed back.

Way too small for the amount of business this store gets. It needs a major update and a better system for stocking. Isles are packed full of merchandise and you can hardly get down them if there are a lot of customers (which there always is). The store is always a mess and junky looking. I absolutely hate this Wal-Mart and never shop it anymore.

Because when you want to do a self checkout you should be able to get in and write out of the store theres never an option to go ride and check yourself now and if you wanted to check out my house year is almost impossible to get in line to get checked out within 20 minutes then, waiting time is probably 25 to 30 minutes not acceptable at all

Most cashiers are friendly, especially late at night, they have A-Z items, on occasion they will discontinue an item I frequently buy, only one didnt have a close replacement . If you ask for help they dont just send you on a wild goose chase they walk you to your item in question with a smile and a friendly conversation to boot

The roast beef and a curly fries are the best I love their fountain drinks and their server bar has a selection of peppers this is really neat I like the Haas reddish that they serve with the roast beef I like the barbeque sauce I like their bacon barbecue burgers they have really good sandwiches I write it a 5 star clean mate

Asides from meeting the occasional fruitcake, which is bound to happen anywhere you go, this Wal-Mart provides excellent stock and friendly customer services. I do think they are under-manned at the registers, but that has rarely impeded traffic.

This is one of the biggest Walmarts around. The variety is ridiculous! They have everything. The staff are very helpful especially in the grocery department. Great place for Christmas shopping. Many gifts available. Lots of check out lanes open.
