Young adult female from johnson county shopping with elderly mother with hip and knee problems refused to allow mother in the fitting room to sit down while I tries on clothes. I have had medical problems myself thus the reason for not shopping alone and to have such a basic service denied is absurd. I was provided a copy of the policy that was in a book behind the counter which states only one person per dressing room unless you have a handicap that is marked by use of an aid. Warning...I would recommend anyone with any sort of disability not shop at this store. The mall is right across the street and their associates do their best to work for you, not you work for them.

Employees need to be friendlier for one, and the cleanliness of the dressing rooms could have been a lot better. We want this last Friday March 11. It was late afternoon when we were there and every employee I came across was seemingly irritated, not smiling, and a grimaced face on each and every one. The dressing room I was in looked like it hadnt been cleaned all day and stuff just strewn about. The only friendly person we came across was the gentleman that checked us out at customer service. He was wearing dog tags so I assume military and thats why he was friendly just saying. So just be aware of things that might happen on your visit here.

Goodmans at this Overland Park location has an employee that slammed into my car Saturday in the parking lot. Officers said she was speeding and following too closely to my car. It was my wedding day. She gave the police insurance that was expired and invalid. Are these the type of people that represent your company? She was also screaming profanity in your parking lot with your company shirt on Saturday. Pretty sad Goodmans.

Do you know in this whole store if you are looking for a pair of jeans in the big and tall category you only have 2 racks and 3 brands 2 choose from?! 2 racks in the entire store! An if you dont wear Southpole, which fit really baggy, boot cut or pants with holes in them you are screwed. This is straight up bullshit.

Store was loud with overhead music. Could not find anyone to help me get something off the top shelf so I had to get a ladder and get it down myself. There was a huge line and not enough cashiers. Severely understaffed for holiday season.
