We purchased a Kenmore refrigerator on May 31, 2016 and by November 1st 2016 the ice maker stopped producing ice. We have the extended warranty and placed a service call. The earliest the repairman would be able to look at our refrigerator was November 28 which conflicted with a doctor appointment so it was rescheduled to December 14 at which time he ordered a part. We have now had this inferior piece of kitchen equipment and after coming back and putting the part in the refrigerator it still doesnt work. Calling service is a joke. The earliest now is in January 2017. I will not be purchasing any further machinery from Sears if they cannot afford to hire service people that can service the equipment in a reasonable time.

I am a Store Supervisor for Sears Parts and Service in Ft Worth Texas , I had a member who needed a heat/cold window unit So I call the Sears in our Area and the Associate was no help at all. So the member I was trying to help was desperate to send his son who lives in Fort Smith a heat and air unit. So I call the Store in Fort Smith and Lizzette Answered the phone.. She Helped this member have a WOW !!! She was so much help and I just want to give her a BIG HIGH FIVE! Great Job Lizzette!!! Thank you for all your HELP!

I personally will stop coming to sears they have the worse service. Came to the store and no cashier to be found anywhere, then when I did find one she said there was one register open on the other side of the store. Like always not worth coming.

Its a Sears. You kind of know what to expect. However staff and management are very helpful and understanding and take time to help you pick the item right for you.
