My daughters and I had a not so fun experience from the beginning to the end at Pure Bridal. We were all greeted warmly and it is a very nice bridal store with great displays and dresses. We had just been to another bridal store and had a great time and expected the same. So just like the other store my other daughter and I immediately went to inspect possibilities for the bride my other daughter. We started picking a few out and the sales clerk helping our bride/my daughter and says we really prefer the bride to pick out the first few dresses and then looks at my other daughter and says miss please dont pick up the dresses you really need to just sit on the sofa and wait. We both thought that was slightly rude but blew it off, hoping it would get better so we waited also starting to feel quarantined, so we started joking around trying to have our own fun talking about my other daughter and what she would do if she got stuck on the sofa. This lead to more discussion and the sales lady coming over and warning us that no blood shed would be allowed in the store and that we would need to take it out to the parking lot. WE both said what?? And joked about it some more, basically deciding to ignore her. Then our bride came out and it got a bit better seeing her in some dresses and then other sales clerks got involved and it got even better. A relief, but still not a comfortable situation. By the end we all felt like it was all about the designers and the dresses and had very little to do with the bride our her family and friends. Pure Bridal in fact asked what and where we saw other dresses and informed us they could order the same, but they charge a shipping fee and the other store did not, and our sales clerk was rude. Overall we were all highly dissatisfied and it was a bad experience and not a fun ending for what was supposed to be a wonderful and fun day!

I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress from here. They told me I was 10 sizes bigger than what I normally wear. Now I know bridesmaid dresses fit smaller, but not 10 sizes bigger! When I received my dress it was so big it was falling off of me! I even had to pay extra for fabric I didnt even need. Now Im stuck with having 5 inches taken in on the sides, and 6 inches on the strap! All the other girls in the bridal party are stuck in the same situation! Way too big of a dress, and a high prices to alter! Not impressed at all! Edit to this post** I actually had no weight loss from when I tried on, so that isnt true..but thanks for reminding me I need to drop some pounds after having a baby. My hips were not the issue in this dress as it flowed from the boobs down. I was not the only one who needed major alterations to their dress, 3 other bridesmaid dresses did too. I did agree with the manager as that is her job, and figured we wouldnt have a problem. I do not live in the area, so therefore alterations close to you were not an option.

My first time in the boutique was amazing. The lady who helped me really knew her stuff and I love the dress I purchased there. The first time was very warm and welcoming and I loved it. When my dress came in the dynamic really changed at the boutique. When I went in to try on my dress we got there 2 minutes before it opened and waited outside of the door. A lady popped her head out and said to my group and another group "sorry ladies, we dont open for a few more minutes so you will have to wait out here." So we stood out in the cold and waited until exactly 9:00 AM until they opened the doors. Then once I got the dress on we were asking the lady helping us some questions about the dress and she couldnt really answer our questions and didnt seem very knowledgable. Had I written this review off of my first experience I would have given them 5 stars. After my second time there I give them a 3 because the atmosphere seemed so unwelcoming and cold.

Two of my friends have ordered bridesmaid dresses from this store and both times this store measured me wrong and ordered the wrong size dress for me! The second bridesmaid dress, Pure Bridal lost my measurements. They ordered my dress based on measurements two years ago instead of my measurements from 5 months ago! They finally agreed to give me half of my money back for the bridesmaid dress. They also offered me 1/2 off my next bridesmaid dress or 20% off a wedding dress. I do appreciate that they FINALLY stepped up and took care of this situation, because it was a hassle living multiple hours away and the time I took to talk with them over the phone several times. Im thankful they finally stepped up their customer service during the process of getting my money back, but I still have hesitations ordering dresses from them based on the experiences I had.

There are not enough words for how incredible Pure Bridal is. Every time I have gone in, I have had nothing but spectacular customer service. The girls remember me, they are detail oriented, and have made me feel like family each time I have gone in. When looking for my wedding gown, and even bridesmaid dresses, they stuck to my budget, brought me dresses in my size (which is VERY nice-size 16 and top heavy) and even listened to my bridesmaids budgets and ideas. When picking out my jewelry, Rita and Kayse were so helpful. They helped me pick out custom pieces for me, and my bridesmaids. I tell literally everyone I know to go there because the team at Pure Bridal is the best-you will laugh, crack jokes, cry happy tears, and walk out of Pure Bridal knowing you have made the best life choice while looking for bridal attire.

Horrible Horrible experiance.. Went in to try on Bridesmaid dresses for my sisters wedding they basically told me they didnt have "my size". I am not huge but im also not tiny. I was the only girl out of the group who didnt enjoy myself due to this. I cried my eyes out all the way home. I really wanted to enjoy the experiance and this is the only bridal store i have been to who has treated me like this and who doesnt have bigger dress sizes.. And when we made the appointment we told them we wanted to do Two Piece dresses. Instead of telling us over the phone they told us when we showed up that they are discontinuing two pieces. Just so disappointing i am not happy at all!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and these people. From the moment I contacted them about scheduling an appointment, every person I talked to was incredibly kind and helpful. The day of my appointment, I felt like a princess and was treated very well. Bre listened to me and helped me find the perfect dress for me. A few days later I had a "panic moment" over something that had come up, but Megan reassured me and got me in the next day to come get the situation figured out. They do everything to make the whole process easy and worry-free. I cannot wait until I get to wear the dress when I walk down the aisle in a few months :)
