My daughter (The Bride) and I had visited several salons during her wedding dress shopping. This was where she purchased her dress and where we had the best customer service experience of all the salons. She did not find her dress the first try at the salon, but Tagen called her and asked her to comeback. We went in on Sun., Tagen pulled a dress that was only in that weekend for a trunk show, and once my daughter found out that she could change the color, to what she wanted, we were sold. The customer service was excellent. The attention to detail is spectacular. She had a follow up appointment with Kate and she only needs a few slight alterations. They get it close to perfect from the beginning. Dont waste your time and go anywhere else for Wedding dresses in the cities. Go straight to Annikas, they will fulfill your brides dreams.

I scheduled by appointment at Annika expecting to get ideas for dresses and ended up buying my gown that same day! They were wonderful! I felt invited and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The employees never came across as pushy and I felt like their opinions and compliments were very genuine- not sales focused. Their customer service is second to none and they even kept the store open late so my appointment didnt need to be cut short. My dress just came in and I cant wait to visit the store again!

I had the best experience working with Rachel at Annika Bridal! As a former bridal sales consultant myself, I can tell you I was really impressed with how my appointment went!! We were served champagne while we tried on dresses (they have an amazing selection of designers), and Rachel gave great advice on what veils and other accessories worked best when I found my dress. The atmosphere is cozy, intimate and absolutely gorgeous!! I will definitely be recommending Annika Bridal Boutique to everyone I know!!

They space out their appointments which allows them to give their customers individualized attention. They have a wide selection of beautiful dresses which are reasonably priced. What a gem! Annika is a beautiful shop with a great atmosphere atmosphere that really put me at ease. The shop has a fantastic selection of dresses in a wide variety of styles and even though I was on the lower end of their price range, there were plenty of beautiful options. I also can’t say enough about Rachel. She really listened to what I was looking for and helped me select dresses to try on that were really different and helped me figure out what I wanted. I highly recommend this shop!

I had the loveliest appointment with Kate. I went with my sister-in-law-to-be to look at gowns for the first time and I was not at all expecting to find one. The atmosphere and great customer service put me totally at ease. The whole experience felt very special - with champagne and the whole place to ourselves, and Kate was totally patient, helpful, and honest. I walked out having chosen the most perfect dress and accessories. I cant wait till they come in. I would very happily recommend.

Cant say enough about how wonderful my experience at Annika Bridal was! The boutique was so comfortable and cute. The dress selection was great, and the gowns were in perfect condition -- making it easy to envision myself on my wedding day! Rachel was an excellent stylist - so helpful and knowledgeable.
