Classy Consignments- NOT SO CLASSY! My daughter and her friend went there to look at prom dresses- I stopped in and could tell my daughter was not so sold on the dress so I told her we would look a few more places. So she put it back on the rack in between some brides maids dresses hoping no one would buy it thinking she would come back in a few days and do so. Two days later I get a call from the Vice Principal at my daughters school- the owner called there and told him she STOLE the dress. I called and she said "I saw her walk out with it on her arm" after being on the phone a whole 10-maybe 15 minutes after I demanded her look for it and told her where- she found it. So much for "I saw her walk out with it on her arm" Rude and should never jump to conclusions AND say she saw her do it when - it was just like she said "a lot of the girls will hide them so they can come back and buy them".....avold this place like the plague unless you want to be accused of being a thief.

I did NOT have a good experience at Classy Consignments. I brought them a gray bridesmaid dress that had one very tiny juice stain on it, and the lady turned up her nose at me and refused to take it until I had it dry cleaned. My dress did sell after a few months, but every time I called to check if it had sold, they could never find my contract or remember anything about my account! Finally I called three weeks ago and the lady said, "Well I dont see your dress in our shop so we mustve sold it! Ill send you a check." Three weeks later I FINALLY got the check and it was only getting sent from Anoka to Plymouth. Seriously? And on top of that I only made $27 total on the dress- not even enough to cover the cost of dry cleaning, gas, and my time and frustration on the phone with them. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Never going through the effort to bring another dress there.

Never selling another dress through these people. I wrote the wrong address on my slip but called to fixed it. Come to find out theyve had my dress sold for about week and half now. I let them know I made a mistake on my address and waited another week before calling again to see about MY check. Its been awhole month now and still no check and Im just a town over. No way it takes thay LONG to get mail back. I called to see if they could rewrite one and gave me the biggest problems and attitude. Worst customer service and I wouldnt trust them with another one of my dresses.

If I could give negative I would.... I provided the product, a wedding dress and trusted them to sell it. It didnt and they claim they donated 1800.00 worth of my merchandise to the salvation army after it didnt sell for a year....no phone call, no nothing. I call to pick my dresses up and they say, sorry we gave it away....dont believe these dishonest crooks. Very rude, feel like they stole MY items, now I am out lots of money.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! The people there think they are better then everyone else so not happy with this place.. It could be great if they get nicer employees. I was given looks and rude comments about being not "rich" enough to shop there. There are better places believe me

Absolutely wonderful experience! Recently purchased my wedding dress there. The owners were so helpful and kind. I plan on looking for my brides maids dresses there also. I cant say enough how much I loved it there!
