If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I had an amazing experience and felt totally pampered and cared for. The experience of the staff is on point and their willingness to go out of their way to make your shopping experience a good on is like no other. The store is beautiful as well! We were greeted with a smile and a mimosa, our rep was quick on her toes and there every second I needed her with help getting in and out of dresses. When I found "the dress" she was not all about closing the deal right then and there like most places are and I liked that no pressure style. I had some custom changes I wanted to make to the dress and they were promt getting back to me after speaking with the designer regarding the changes. I also liked that the designer I went with ONLY sells her dresses in this shop in the whole state on MN. With my custom changes it will be a one of a kind dress! I ordered my dress yesterday and I am sooo excited to see the final product. Though the dress was a little over my budget, I would come back here in a heartbeat. The service and staff are worth it.

I was very underwhelmed by my experience here. My bride and I had a very "Pretty Woman" encounter with the women working at this couture bridal shop. I think their perception of us influenced how we were treated. They stood and stared at us as I tried on a dress. Offered little help, no other options. No "couture" atmosphere. Needless to say we went to another shop after and were met with very an extremely friendly and accommodating sales staff. Willing to get us several options, try out other dresses to make us comfortable and even order in other dresses/sizes so to try. Happy to say we will be taking all of our business to this other shop that didnt judge us.

I came to Bridal Accents Couture looking for a Martina Liana dress upon realizing they were the only shop in Minnesota that carries her line. My mom and I quickly fell in love with Kate, as she showed us around the beautiful store and hand selected beautiful gowns for me to slip into. This was my first bridal appointment, and I am so happy that I ended up at Bridal Accents. I said yes to a stunning custom Martina Liana gown, and couldnt be happier! Thank you Kate for making our day so special! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Such a fantastic store with a relaxing atmosphere and warm, welcoming employees. We worked with Leann who helped my sister find her dress without any pressure or added stress. She had really helpful comments and made us feel comfortable. It doesnt hurt that they offer you mimosas while browsing! I would recommend this store to any bride to be for dresses and/or bridesmaids dresses. You wont be disappointed! The prices start around $1600 but they had a few dresses off the rack for under $500!

Today was a great day for bridal dress shopping. Carol was our sales person, and she gauged our silly personalities perfectly as a professional. She allowed us to look at the dresses and be with the bride in the dressing room. Every dress was beautiful and stunning. Carol made the whole appointment efficient with lots of advice and tips for gowns. Thanks for being flexible (especially since we were 10 minutes late). In the future, Ill be sure to recommend Bridal Accents Couture!

I was the bride, Kate Souvannavong was so beautiful and patient. When I walked in she asked me what style dresses I like, I said Im open-minded, she grabbed a couple dresses and asked me questions about what I like and dont like. It was so easy, she found the perfect dress for me. She also helped me find dresses for my maid of honor and bridesmaids it was really easy working with her and fun. Thank you, Kate!!!! :)

i went in here helping my mother pick out her wedding dress i went to several locations with her and everyone seemed snobby like they did not want to be at work or help us when we walked into bridal accents couture they took care of her right away all while making her laugh and comfortable i could not of asked for better service i want to thank you guys for turning her day around i would highly recommend this shop

This was the best "Bridal" experience. This is the only location that actually made me feel like a bride and offered the whole experience. The plush carpets, displayed dresses, and viewing area all made you feel special and really experience the wedding dress shopping experience. I didnt end up finding my dress here but I would still recommend this location.

Bridal Accents Couture was amazing!! They have a lot of bridal gowns, bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses to chose from. I loved the environment and all the associates were wonderful and easy to work with! They always had a smile on their face and were great at recommending different gowns.

This store is AMAZING! They have the best service. They make you feel so special and let you take as much time as you need. The dresses are beautiful and the consultants are very professional. I got my dress, my veil, the bridesmaids dresses, and the guys tuxes all at Bridal Accents.

Michelle was patient and pleasant to work with. They have beautiful gowns and can order in certain dresses from various states if they dont have them in stock. Ofcourse you pay the shipping but its definitely worth it.
