Wow, what an amazing experience I had shopping a Raffine Bridal. This was the first store I set up an appointment with to try on wedding dresses. I live out of state and was really needing to find the one since this was the only time I would be able to be with my mother. I had a vague idea of what I wanted my dress to look like, but needed some guidance. I worked with Shelia, who was wonderful. She was very professional and helped me through the process of pulling gowns I liked. After a few dresses Shelia said I have one in mind that I want you to try on, and I believe it is exactly what you are looking for. So I went ahead and tried the dress she pulled on....and guess what...it was the ONE! :) I would have never looked twice at this dress if I saw it on a hanger. Shelia totally pulled in my vision and showed me the details on this dress and made me love it! (Snaps to Shelia) I still had one more appointment later on that afternoon at a different boutique so I held off saying "yes to the dress" until I tried on others. By the time we finished the later appointment, and had a bite to eat I decided to purchase my dress from Raffine. It was about 4:45pm and I knew they closed at 5pm, so my family and I raced back to the store (even know they were more than willing to stay late for me) and made the purchase final with a hollow to hem measurement, and a down payment. I highly recommend Raffine to women who are looking for a professional and knowledgeable environment. I had to come home and write this right away. I just left Raffine with my mom. I had gone to several other bridal shops and it just didnt feel the way I thought it should when I found "the dress". So I looked up reviews of bridal shops anywhere near the Twin Cities area. I came across tons of amazing reviews of Raffine and decided I had better check it out. I am so incredibly glad that I did. Leah was my consultant today. She made me feel so comfortable and calm. She seemed to understand right away what I was looking for, never once tried to pressure me in any direction, and paid 100% attention to me and my mom. I had an enormous dressing room, unlike the places I had gone to before, and my own pedestal. I barely noticed any other customers because they made me feel like the only person there. I got an AMAZING deal on the most gorgeous dress I could imagine, and they seemed to WANT me to get a fair deal. I honestly could not ask for anything more. Make this place the first and only place you go. I feel like I wasted multiple days looking other places when Raffine made it so easy, so comfortable. They really do care and are so professional, classy, just good old fashioned customer service. Good, honest bridal businesses really do exist!

I heard about Raffine from my friend who also found her wedding dress there. I am so glad that she recommended it! I am not from the area and got lost and GPS kept taking me to St. Paul. So I called and Jody was SO helpful and patient in helping me find the right place. We ended up being late and I was a bit flustered when I arrived. Jody took me aside, told me to breathe, and assured me that I would still get my whole 1 1/2 hour appointment and to just enjoy this experience. She put me at ease right away. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and she pulled some dresses. I was so impressed with the way she listened to me and her patience with me. I ended up finding a beautiful dress and I am SO excited for it to come in. I would highly, highly recommend Raffine Bridal to any brides that are looking for a calm, laid back, and all around wonderful experience!

I had a bridal appointment here a few weeks back. Everyone I was with, along with myself found the place very overpriced and really stuffy. It seemed to me that as soon as they realized I didnt have a $2,000 budget for my wedding dress; they decided I wasnt worth their time. Also, if you are plus sized forget it! I think that was my biggest turn off about this place. The consultant put me into dresses that were 4 sizes too small, were extremely uncomfortable, and looked like total crap because of it. In addition, she didnt put any panels on my back to even try to cover the gaping hole from the dress being too small. Overall, my experience here left me feeling discouraged and frustrated.

I went to Raffine this weekend to find my wedding dress and worked with Kelly. She was AMAZING. Very personable, friendly and didnt seem to mind that I had a large entourage of five with me. This was my fourth stop on the wedding dress search. I am a very indecisive person and she let me take my time in a dress to decide before asking if it was the one. She even had another appointment ready that was scheduled after me but instead of handing me off, she finished up with me instead. We were not rushed at all. The dress I finally said yes to was one they pulled for me and was exactly what I was looking for and just within my budget. Thank you all so much!

Carla was very genuine and extremely helpful throughout wedding dress shopping and now bridesmaid shopping. I wanted the process to be easy, simplistic and enjoyable - which is a lot to ask for such a big occasion, but she did just that. She didnt rush or push me to any decision. She gave unbiased advice and encouraged me to go with my gut and not feel any other pressure. I was given the attention necessary to help me find my dress, but never felt suffocated (which was my ultimate fear with stepping into a bridal salon). I would recommend this place in a heart beat. Save yourself the time and stress and go to Raffine Bridal first!

I absolutely loved shopping for my wedding dress with Raffine! The store is beautiful, clean, and well-decorated and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive of my needs. We had our own dressing and viewing area with plenty of space, which was very nice since the only other place I had looked was the Wedding Shoppe in St. Paul and we were crammed in upstairs with two other brides trying to look at dresses in the same mirror (I still had a good experience though!). The dress I ended up choosing was the very first one I tried on and couldnt be happier!

I had an amazing experience at Raffine Bridal. I found them because they carry my favorite wedding dress designers in the twin cities (Essence of Australia and Stella York). They had every dress I wanted to try so it was hard to choose. Jodi was excellent to work with and even stayed late for my appointment since I couldnt make normal business hours. I am so happy with the dress I purchased there and cant wait to get married in it. I would recommend Raffine bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress. They truly make you feel special!
