A little background: I am planning a wedding in less than 60 days and I usually cannot ever find a dress that I feel good in. That being said, I was a little stressed out when I showed up for my appointment this past Saturday. I had already had a bad experience at another bridal store, so I just knew this was going to end badly as well. Being that my wedding is in just over a month, I didn’t have a large selection from which to choose. This wasn’t the Bridal Cottage’s fault by any means – most dresses have to be made when ordered, so it takes several months to get in. They pulled 3 dresses for me and all 3 were fabulous!! We actually had to choose “the one” from 3 great choices – a situation I never thought I’d be in! I am so thankful to the entire staff for being so accommodating and positive! I never once felt pressured to buy, nor was I treated poorly by anyone. They were all so honest and upfront with me about the dress limitations due to the timing, so I felt reassured that if they were going to order something, it’d be in with plenty of time for alterations before the wedding. I’d also like to add that Lindy came in on a holiday when the store is closed just to make sure my dress was ordered and I was taken care of. You don’t find customer service like that anymore! I wish I could find more excuses to shop there!!

It was AWEFUL! I went today, with a specific dress in mind. The girl that was helping me at first was great, and was going to send me to the dressing room. She also mentioned other dresses for me to look at after I was finished. Unfortunately she passed me over to someone else. She told her I was going to try on the dress and asked her to help me. The other person told me she would write down the name and number of the dress and I could come back another day to try it on because they were trying to close. They still had 15 minutes and I had ONE dress! I brought this to her attention and she said sorry but I couldn’t try the dress on and offered to let me come back another day. I don’t live in Little Rock and gas is almost $4 a gallon. Does this sound like great customer service to you? I was so distraught that I walked out the door. I will NOT go back! I would rather get a dress at Dillard’s, at least they won’t REFUSE to let me try on a dress.

I have had 3 experiences in here. the first time was great...the saleslady, monique, was extremely helpful, courteous, and polite. The second time was awful. The owner, Lindy, and a saleswoman, Rose, were nice at first and got more rude as the day went on. Rose even made a joke about me to the lady she was helping! Hello! I can hear you from the next dressing room over!!! And my third time I encountered Melissa who was equally as cold. If I couldve found a dress anywhere else, I would not have returned after my second trip. Terrible, snooty customer service. Their names are listed beside their pictures on their website...I hope the owner reads this and gives Monique a raise as she was the only polite one.

We drove 2 1/2 hr to Little Rock to buy a wedding gown. We had planned on going to Davids Bridal for the $99 sale. There selection was terrible. So we started googling dress shops in the area and found the Bridal Cottage. I told the lady a the front I would like to stay under $400. They took me back and brought out a selection of gowns. The 1st one was gorgeous and fit perfect! I tried on a few more to please my friends but the consultant nailed it on the 1st gown. Absolutely perfect! She turned a day of defeat into triumph. That you so much Bridal Cottage!

My daughter had been looking all over town for a prom dress. We went here one afternoon and received the best service and found the perfect dress. We were the last people in the shop and they never made us feel rushed. Incredibly nice people. Beth helped my daughter figure out exactly what she was looking for and once she had narrowed it down the other woman that was helping us went to the rack and selected the perfect dress. The price was great and I look forward to shopping there again with my younger daughter when she needs a dress for Holly Ball.

I had not considered coming to this store, but I came because my friend was looking for a bridesmaids dress for another wedding. I found the perfect wedding gown that made me feel like a princess!! One of the great perks of buying from this bridal boutique is that they offer layaway plans, which helps out tremendously! They have a great selection of bridal gowns, jewelry, bridesmaids dresses, shoes, veils, etc etc. I would recommend the Bridal Cottage to anyone looking for prom dresses or bridal wear!

Lindy and Tammie were extremely helpful. I hate impulse buying so I always like to leave and come back to a store on major purchases. I also hate feeling pressured by sales people. The Bridal Cottage held my dress to give me time to make up my mind with no pressure sales tactics. I purchased the dress from their stock; it had some minor markings which they took care of. Ive been back for my veil and Ill be getting my dress steamed there. Each time the staff has been attentive and friendly.

I was lucky enough to have Mrs. Lindy help me find my perfect dress. She was absolutely wonderful! The next weekend I went in for my maid of honor to try on dresses. We had so much fun with Allison! She was amazing! Im so glad I chose the bridal cottage, I loved my experience here and would recommend this shop and their fantastic consultants to anyone!! (:

I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Cottage! Having been to several other bridal boutiques, this was the best experience I had had. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really listened to what I wanted in a dress. We also rented my husbands tuxedo; another great experience.
