HORRIBLE experience! They had good reviews, and they go over how an appointment isnt necessary, so I went in when they opened. I got greeted, and she said "over there are the dresses that are less formal and over there are the more formal ones" and left me to it. I dug around for 10-15 minutes, and didnt see anything I liked, more importantly, though they say starting at $99 and up, I only saw one dress under $300, most of the dresses were marked new and were $500 and up. Not one time did either of the two ladies there, who werent doing anything, ask me if I wanted to try something on and the only dress I wanted to try on was almost $1000! When I was leaving the one lady asked me what my date was and said "Come back, bring friends, try on some dresses!" I will not go back. I didnt even get to try on a dress, and instead went into my car and cried because I really wanted to try on my first wedding dress and got no service at all.

Elegant Repeats was a much nicer store than I was expecting. There are only a few differences between it and other bridal stores. One is that it offers affordable gowns to those on a very tight budget. In addition to gently used gowns, they have a rack of dresses which can be ordered to size. If a bride is particular about having the latest selection, she would find the store to be more limited. We didnt find a gown there because most dresses were strapless and that was not what we were looking for. I think there is a trend change now, so it is probably less of a problem mid-trend. They also have prom and bridesmaid dresses. I gave them 5 stars because they were helpful, friendly, and are what they advertise to be. Even better than expected.

Bought my wedding dress from them last week. Great customer service and plenty of dresses to choose from! Seeing the prices was very exciting after shopping at other bridal stores. Most if not all the dresses I tried on were under $1,000 and great quality. The dress I chose was in the $350-$400 price range. Kenna was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for any bride or brides family looking for something to wear!

I bought my wedding dress here and received excellent service. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and assisted in finding and trying on several dresses. Elegant Repeats had a great selection of dresses in a number of sizes and various styles. Whether your budget is tight or you have no budget at all, Elegant Repeats is worthy of a visit.

They told my wife that she could re-consign a dress after the wedding she was in. We dry-cleaned it after use and tried to re-consign it. We were told that we could not because the dress was yellow. Clerk was rude to my wife and the owner was rude to me on the phone. Definitely better options in town than a place that doesnt keep their word.

They have so many sizes available and such cute dresses! There are different styles that everyone should find something they like! The staff is extremely nice and definitely made me feel at home. I have recently started consigning my clothes with them and love having that little extra cash every month! Definitely a place you should check out :)

They arent pushy, and really get to know you and the styles you are looking for. Cant say enough good things about this place!! Highly recommend.

Amazing shop! My future sister in law and I went to look for wedding dresses and you can pick out whatever you like to try on! The staff was super friendly and they even helped me zip up the dress if i needed! The experience was wonderful! And they have affordable dresses. I got my wedding dress for $200!

They expect items dry cleaned prior to their approval...customers might as well buy new. Very poor customer service when you bring items in. I will not take anything there again. NOT impressed at all!!
