I called for an appointment to try on some wedding gowns. I went on a Saturday and there were two girls there, (I dont know their names and I would feel sad to point them out like this). Let me please highlight the fact that my mother and I were the ONLY customers around. One was behind the counter she was at least decent enough not to ignore me completely like the other girl did. I showed her the names of 7 gowns I had in mind that I previously researched online, and she said they only carried 1 of them. So I said fine let my try that one on and see I if you can help me find other fit and flares or mermaids to try on. So she went off to look for them, she placed a total of 4 gowns in the dresser and after that we virtually stopped existing! I was left alone in the dresser with my mom. Neither employees helped me get dressed. My mom has a condition in the back of her eye, she cannot carry weight or bend over because her eye hurts and she ended up helping me into the gowns, this bothered me so much! The girl behind the counter (I guess she was in charge that day) knocked twice to ask how we were doing I just said "fine" because honestly if you are in your underwear struggling to put on a garment on your own- not a just a garment, THE garment- the last thing you need is to pick an argument with some stranger who could CARE LESS whether you want to buy a dress or not. The Lucinda by Maggie Sottero gown for example, looked horrid on me in this store (obviously my mom is not an expert neither am I, the dress was 3 sizes larger and needed pins in the back but with a little bit of help from a consultant MAYBE it would have looked better), but man it was SPECTACULAR on me at the store where I did en up buying my gown ( in this other store I was helped into the gown and placed an underskirt and pins along the back the way it should be done). Suggestions for the staff at BB you need to either train your girls properly (who knows maybe they are new and dont really even know what they as BRIDAL CONSULTANTS are SUPPOSED to do) or supervise them and ensure that the customer service improves, because if you continue to allow these things to happen, the same way I took my business somewhere else, a lot of other customers could do the same. Also, why do you need customers to call for an appointment if you are going to treat them like ghosts? I know my 2000$ budget doesnt make or break your business, I really dont like to put anybody down or criticize their work, Im not saying that everyone in this store does their job carelessly but honestly we were just completely ignored and that is not the way to seal a deal. Good luck to you all in the future.

After seeing these reviews. I now know why the second time I went wasnt the most awesome experience I had, just like the first time when I came in and chose my dress with Katy. When I first went in tried on dresses, and even decided to purchase a dress Katy was awesome. She had the best customer service that a "bride-to-be" should receive for her big day. She treated every customer as if they were her only customer, took her time, and showed she cared about the best interest of the customer. She also greeted me when I first walked in. Before I met Katy I walked into that store and walked right out a week or two before that because I wasnt greeted when I walked in. Im surprised I even gave them a second chance. Luckily Katy was there because it seems if i was in the position like the other reviews, I would of walked out upset and with nothing. Few months later I came back to pick up my dress. I was greeted, but I asked for a receipt and she told me she couldnt give me a receipt cause I was paid out. One of their reps told me that I should of been getting emails , which I havent been. The other said they dont do emails. What felt like a "grab your dress, your paid up and get out" was what it was . She made me take a picture of how they keep track of Payments. But for professional reasons and as a current Manager (which customer service is our priority) why couldnt she just type up or write a receipt with a signature for everything Ive paid ? She kept asking me why I didnt have my receipt from the first time, well why dont you have any of my 5/6 receipts when I paid all the other times. You cant get flustered because your busy. You need to take care of each customer one at a time and give them all the same attention. I was too point where I took my bag and just left , didnt even want to ask about the lock that came with the dress and bag because I would of probably been told two different stories again. My wedding is out of town and I have to do it most on my own from a far, which Is why I need to keep everything I do handy. It seems as if they had no care in the world for each customers situation and for their customers big days (as I was watching a lady roll her eyes). Lastly, as excited as i was , just with that attitude, I will never recommend anyone to go there if they continue to give off the same morale for one of a womans most significant day of their life. This is based on my experience and as I read other reviews, Im not the only one. They need more people like Katy!

Due to a series of unfortunate events (or fortunate depending on how you look at it) I ended up here on a day before a holiday, with no appointment, about an hour before they closed. Im not usually one to show up places like that, but I had dragged my parents and my friends out already and wanted them to be able to see me try on some dresses. This ended up being the first place I went, and ended up being where I got my dress. Cassie (I hope Im spelling her name right! I have the card somewhere...) was super sweet and helpful. She pulled some stuff, she also let me and my friends pull whatever we wanted which was great. She went above and beyond helping me with the dresses. This is especially true for the dress I ended up falling in love with, because it had gotten a little bunched up on the rack and it had a TON of layers and she took the time to fluff it out so we could get a better idea of how it was supposed to look. The staff even stayed a little late (the previously mentioned bunching caused a great debate with my parents). Everyone seemed super friendly and sweet and had nothing but compliments and kind words. Again- this is on a day before a holiday, after closing time- SUPER KUDOS to them because I felt like such a jerk. We wanted to try one more place a few days later (in order to be a good shopper, you know) but we made an appointment to come back afterwards and try on the dress again- because Cassie said she would fix all the layers on the skirt. I mean come on- Thats amazing customer service! Of course when we returned Cassie had fulfilled her promise and had the dress waiting for me, fully fluffed and gorgeous. I spent a good bit of time in it and never once felt rushed or pressured to leave. They even let me try on some veils. Ordering was a breeze, everyone was always pleasant when I called to make payments. Picking the dress up was easy. Most importantly- I love love love LOVE my dress and I couldnt have gotten it anywhere else (next closest place that had it was hundreds and hundreds of miles away, I checked just for fun). Cassie really knows her stuff and the selection here is amazing.
