Boulevard Bride is AMAZING! Jenn (the owner) helped me every step of the way! I purchased a ball gown off the rack over a year and a half before my wedding. I bought it knowing it was a few sizes too small and ended up gaining weight along the way. With that being said they made a size 6 fit a size 14-16! My dress was more than I ever imagined it to be! I bugged Jenn and her staff weekly because I was worried it wasnt going to fit... they continued to reassure me every time that everything was going to be okay and it ended up being more than okay. It brought many of my guests to tears! My husband and I also got our tuxes, bridesmaids dress and mother of the bride dress from here as well!! We received complements on EVERYTHING all night long! On the day of our wedding we found out that one of our guys had a bow tie instead of a tie, I called Jenn and within 2 hours she personally delivered me a tie (the same exact color and everything) to our venue!!!! If that isnt great customer service then I dont know what is!! I am going to miss these girls soo much!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK AND TIME:))

This shop was great... until I paid. The staff was friendly and knowledgable, and I found a wedding dress I loved. Unfortunately, after I paid in full I was shown my dress and it was different than the one I had ordered! Instead of a zipper back it had a corset back. The staff took no responsibility for the mix-up- saying it was always on the receipt when we purchased it and therefore they could do nothing. A corset option for the dress was never mentioned while I was trying it on and I couldnt find anything on my receipts. While the mix-up might not have been their fault (who knows what happened,) the staff did not handle the situation well and I wish I had bought the dress somewhere else. I still love the dress and will wear it for my wedding, I just wish it was the one I ordered!

Love love love this boutique!! I would highly recommend this boutique over all of the other places that my bridesmaids and I had gone to! The staff was fun to work with, very personable, and helpful in every aspect! Jenn and Trystin both went above and beyond to help me find a dress that I loved for my big day, as well as helping all of my bridesmaids. They took their time and did not rush through anything when helping us. They helped to ensure we would get our dresses in time, as we had been to several places to shop before finding them and we were pressed for time. Thank you again and again, Trystin and Jenn, for all of your guidance and help. You ladies are the best!!!!

The best and patient people a bride could ask for! The Boulevard Bridal shop makes you feel like they are family to you and which makes the experience for picking out the perfect wedding dress less stressful. It could my bride-to-be about two hours to pick out her dress and they were extremely patient and kind even though it was past their business hours. If you want a more family oriented experience go here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!! Oh and the owner is awesome!! love her to death!!!

This place is amazing!!! Jen (who is the owner) was my consultant and she was a blast! She made trying on dresses so much fun; /she told me about her life and we shared fun stories. Not only was she fun she knew her job well! I told her exactly what I was looking for in a dress and literally every dress she pulled was gorgeous and right up my alley. After trying on about 7 dresses I went back to the very first one she had pulled for me and I said yes to my dress!

I really enjoyed the experience and the service. I found my dream dress, which I had accidentally tried on twice!! It was also the first dress they picked out. I really liked that they continued to compliment which made the experience even nicer. The owner and workers really made it feel personable. I highly recommend this place for brides to be!
