If I could give Christian Lane Bridal no stars I would. I had nothing but issues throughout my whole wedding planning process. They forgot to order lace for cap sleeves for my dress despite me telling them multiple times to go ahead and do it and how much I wanted them and when the mistake was realized, it was too late to get the lace in. They ordered a veil even though I called them and asked them to wait until I came back for a bridesmaid measuring to look at other veils because I was unsure. I had called them on a Thursday and the veil was not ordered yet and the bridesmaids measuring was the following Sunday (so just a few days). I had found out they had ordered the veil after asking to see other veils when I showed up for my bridesmaids measuring. They insisted I keep that veil because they thought I was a "sparkle girl", dismissing my uncertainty and failing to show me anymore veils. They failed to call me or my bridesmaids when the dresses came in, forgot to mail one of my out of town bridesmaids her dress and had it for a whole month before my bridesmaid called to ask where it was. Another bridesmaids dress was dirty when she received it. And another bridesmaids dress was too small after she told them to order one size and they ordered her a smaller one instead. They failed to let me know their seamstress was gone, after telling me when I bought my dress she would be available for alterations. They failed to give my father his father of the bride discount that I had discussed in person with them, instead stating I told them to give the groomsmen the 10% discount instead (I never spoke to them about it and did not know that was even an option, however even if I had known I would have still wanted my father to have his tux discounted ). The tuxes who were suppose to be Calvin Klein were poor quality, with buttons on three of the tuxes falling off within a few minutes of being put on. They also failed to give two of my groomsmen cuff links. During all these issues they never took responsibility for anything and always try to place the blame somewhere else. Im a very understanding and laid back person and I understand things happen but this was just too much. I would not be recommending them to anyone.

I was going to wear my moms wedding dress for my wedding, but the alterations were not working out. I went to two other bridal shops in the area before going to Christian Lane and I wish I had gone there first. The employees are fun and caring and not afraid to gently tell you the truth to help make selections over what honestly looks the best on you. They were SO KIND when I wanted to FaceTime my mom while trying on dresses, as she is 400 miles away. I ended up buying off the rack and having it altered about 4 sizes down. Their seamstress was calm and attentive. After going back a few times to make sure it really fit as perfectly as possible, I felt like the women that work there were old buddies. Having gone alone most times, they were also naturally good at getting customers interacting with each other and chatting while keeping everyone flowing. I tend to be a "get down to business" person, so it took me awhile to acclimate to their laid back style, but it ultimately helped me calm down and feel more excited about the dress rather than just getting in and out.

As I larger-build lesbian, I was very nervous about beginning the search for a wedding dress with my partner. When we walked into the shop I was wearing a shirt that said in bold letters "Super Queer!" from pride and I repeatedly called my partner love. It would be hard to assume I was het. We were treated with so much kindness and respect, though, from the moment we walked it. Not only did we feel welcome despite our obvious gayness, our budgets were well respected, and we were in no way pressure to choose a dress that day. We were even allowed to take pictures in the dresses in order to show our family and wedding party. While options were somewhat limited at the time for some as big as me, roughly a size 18 in wedding dresses, the sales clerk was extremely helpful and kind about trying to find something that fit me well. She was honest and all around very helpful about what looked good on my partner and I. This store makes shopping for dresses as enjoyable as it should be and I deeply appreciate that!

I was very disappointed with this bridal shop. My friend, the bride, called multiple times to verify that the store would have not only a bridal dress, but also a bridesmaid dress that she was interested in in the store. They assured her they would be there. When we arrived, we were told that we could pay and order the dresses, but they were not in stock for us. The other bridesmaids and I were fitted at the store and yet all of our dresses were 2-4 sizes too small when we received them, causing us all to have to have major alterations (my seamstress took the extra fabric from the bottom of the dress to expand the dress). The bride too was told that they would alter her dress, but would not have it done until three weeks before the ceremony. Outrageous.

Went in Saturday looking for a dress after talking to many places who said I wouldnt be able to find what I wanted in a dress. I called Christian Lane ahead of time and they felt they could help me. They were right, I found my dream dress. Excited and waiting for it to come in. They even worked out a great payment deal for me. Also, managed to find the perfect dress for my bridesmaid while we were here, they worked with the fact that she will be 8 months pregnant the day of the wedding and found something beautiful. They even measured my fiance for his tux size. Ive had a great experience so far. Looking forward to the rest of the process.

I spent months and months looking for a dress. My finance and I were in the area, so I stopped in to Christian Lane Bridal just to browse. I was able to try some dresses on and find the prefect one! I recently went back to pick up my dress and find my daughters dress. Getting very close to the wedding date, they helped us find her dress as well and made sure we will get it in time. The atmosphere was awesome, the staff was great, the prices were the lowest I came across, and we walked away happy :)

I do not know how these people can sell and collect money and not pay back us that gave money to Princess Bride for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN RETURN!!! YOU OWE ME $700.00!!!!!!!!! I gave that to you 2 days before your doors got shut Annette!!! YOU HAD TO OF KNOWN!!! YOU HAD TO OF! HOW could you look me straight in the face and promise me the dress of my dreams then take it all away from me!!! I obviously could not afford to buy another 1400.00 dress after losing what I paid you! HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I had a great experience at Christian Lane Bridal! Annette and Briana were both very helpful! The helped me find the perfect dress and listened to what I was looking for. They gave me their honest opinion when I tried on dresses and did not just tell me everything looked good to sell me a dress. I went to other bridal shops in the cities and had to deal with pushy sales people who didnt care what I actually wanted. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.
