I am walking in a wedding for my cousin on January 7th, she chose this business because of a friend who previously used them in a wedding she walked in, and her experience at that time was great with them. As for my cousins experience, they claimed to have set her wedding date 1 month earlier when ordering the dresses to make sure they would be in promptly and on time. It is now less than 2 weeks before the wedding and no bridesmaids dresses, they have informed us of multiple dates the dresses would be in and it was always a run around why they werent in. Now we are left hoping to get these dresses in on time to get alterations before the big day. There was no compensation for what obviously was their fault, nothing at all to try to make a bad situation better. I have never experienced this in any wedding I have been in, and I believe a bride shouldnt have to worry about this issue less than 2 weeks Before her wedding. If your looking to use this place I suggest you check what designer your ordering from and the turn around time with them, because the only explanation I received was its the designers fault the dresses are late. I feel this situation was held very unprofessionally and with no regards to customer satisfaction what so ever.

I went to about 10 shops before deciding to buy my dress from Shea. There was a certain dress/designer that I could not find in a 100 mile radius of BR. Shea special i rdered the dress for me, gave me an amazing deal, and made the whole process worry free. If not for them, I would have had to drive to Houston to get my dream dress.
