Terrible. I can imagine how a business can stay open with employees who are so unapologetic and apathetic about their own mistakes. My bride came in 3 days before our wedding to pick up her $150 veil only to find out that the wrong one was ordered. Instead of doing what they can to fix it right away, they suggested (to the bride mind you) that her veil she spent $150 on was not a big deal and they would simply find one off the rack (at which point they presented her with a white veil for her ivory wedding dress). When the staff was informed that we wanted the veil we purchased, they reluctantly agreed to call the manufacturer and have it overnighted but made sure we were aware that sometimes overnight doesn’t mean overnight and not to be surprised if it doesn’t show up the following day. Furthermore, when my groomsmen and myself went in to try on/pick up our tuxes more mistakes emerged. My (the groom) whos neck measures 16” was given a shirt w/ an 18” neck. The best man whos neck measures 18” was given a 15” neck (we swapped and I gutted it out for the ceremony). Another groomsman was issued pants that missed the tops of his shoes by a good 4” and yet another was given shoes that were 2 sizes too big. We left the tuxes that needed alterations there for the night to be picked up the following morning, which we were told could, in no way, shape or form, be picked up prior to 10am even though we needed to be dressed and ready at the church by 10:30. For some reason, they were completely unable to bend this rule and let us get them at 9:30. Upon picking the tuxes up the following morning (at 10 sharp) we all went to the church to change only to discover that the one groomsman whos initial shoes were 2 sizes too big were, still, 2 sizes too big. As well, my (the groom) pants needed to be let down a mere 2” and this mark was met … on the left leg only. The right leg was let down 6”. Thankfully we had safety pins on hand at the church. This was an awful experience from beginning to end. The staff was horrible and rude but still, the most surprising part was their apathy about the entire situation. They did not care about the mistakes they made and moreso, did not care about fixing them when they were discovered. Men, in the future, go w/ Men’s Warehouse. At least there you get the option of getting your tux rental free or a free suit. After this S#!t-show, a free suit would have made me feel better.

I visited The Wedding Tree for my first ever bridal gown shopping trip a few weeks ago. I had no expectations of finding my dress that day, but I was wrong on so many levels. My consultant, Jennifer, took me to the Upstairs Couture Room and I had her undivided attention for over two hours. She pulled dresses that fit what I was looking for and picked out a dress that I likely would not have picked myself - and it fit my body perfectly. I left with my gown ordered and accessories picked out as well. With 5 minutes left before store closing, she helped one of my bridesmaids quickly peruse and try on several bridesmaid dresses as well. It was an absolutely amazing experience in the Upstairs Couture Room that I would highly recommend it to anyone - beautiful vintage decor, 100% attention, and a wonderful consultant that made the experience priceless. On a Saturday afternoon, it was just me, my consultant, and my guests upstairs - it felt like no one else was in the store, and the chaos of the lower level during prom season wasnt even noticeable while in the Upstairs Couture Room. It feels good to support a local bridal store, but when you receive A+ service from Jennifer on top of it, you just cant go wrong.

When measuring my husband for his tux size, they measured his arms at a length were way too short. They insisted they knew what they were doing. Needless to say, his jacket needed to be altered upon arrival. My sons shirt was way too big. His shoulder seam started about 5 inches longer than his shoulder - not sure how they measured that one. The biggest complaint is the shoes my son was given. About half an hour into wearing them, half of the sole came off. Instead of taking the chance of tripping on the dangling flap of the shoes, he had to change to his tennis shoes (which were the only other ones he had with him). It was obvious someone had tried repairing the shoes previously but did not do a good job. We were hoping The Wedding Tree would reimburse us for the shoes he was not able to wear, but they wouldnt have anything to do with that. I am quite disappointed in their ability to provide a good quality product as well as their ability to measure correctly. Customer satisfaction is definitely not their main objective.

I have nothing but praise for the staff that I worked with at The Wedding Tree. My husband and I are renewing our vows in a couple of weeks. Our first wedding was inexpensive and quickly put togeather. When I asked my husband to renew our vows this yes and he agreed. I started looking for a dress. I thought I never had my dream dress and even though its been 35 years I was going to get what I wanted and he agreed. I went to the Wedding Tree thinking that they would be out of my price range, I found the prefect dress and I was very happy with the price. Jennifer was absolutely fantastic. The seamstress (Kathy) excellent and the whole staff was so friendly and accomidating. They will be bragged about for our whole renewal. Thanks Gals. Also my daughter is shopping there for her wedding in 2013.

worst service ever! The ladies there wouldnt help me find any dresses. They made my mom and I look by ourselves and never made any suggestions.they wouldnt help me into the dresses and would even open the curtain to where I was changing when I was half naked, they acted as if my being there to buy a dress was an inconvenience. I took my bridesmaids back and since I didnt buy my dress there they were even more rude. I called later to request help from a different consultant since we found a dress we liked there and they put the consultant on the phone that treated us poorly which was extremely awkward and unprofessional in my opinion. The next bridal consultant was equally unhelpful. Needless to say we ended up buying the dresses at a different store purely due to rotten customer service!

Ive heard mixed things about the Wedding Tree...my experience was great. I even got a good deal on a dress. The first time I went in and they were busy so it took them a moment to help me but I used that time to look at dresses on my own (which I preferred). I ended up trying lots of dresses on and Maureen was more than happy to help. Since then Ive been back to re-try on my dress for my mother and sister at two different times. And they pull my dress out of storage with out any hassle or complaints. If you want lots of attention its best to call them in advance and set up an appointment. Also keep in mind they are busy with prom and other school dances. But be patient -you dont want to rush buying a wedding dress anyway!
