I came here from the Quad Cities to look for my wedding dress. I came alone because I wanted to find the dress I wanted without the opinions of my bridesmaids confusing me like they had at the previous places we went. I tried on ONE dress and the owner said I should get it and not confuse myself by trying on any other dresses, even though I told her I thought I should try on others. I hesitantly put down half of the price for the dress ($670) and left it at the shop so I could come back for alterations. Over the next three weeks I thought about how unsure I was if that was my dress and called to ask if I could come out and try others on. The owner said I could but that she would not refund me any money. I took this as if I did not purchase a dress from her, I would lose the $670 I already paid her. I found another dress for $975 that I loved and the owner charged me the price of the original dress, $1450. She said because I TECHNICALLY bought the first dress, even though I never even left the store with it or even gave her all of the money for it, that I had to pay the same price for the second dress. So, in the end, they got a FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR tip from me. Pretty ridiculous and unfair if you ask me. I will not be getting my alterations or my veil from this place, nor will I be referring anyone to them in the future.

I had a great experience at XOXO Bridal. It was easy to get an appointment. I just emailed them and they got back to me very quickly and we set something up. From the moment I walked in the door they were great. I had two people helping me out throughout my appointment. They were very friendly and good at what they do. They made me feel like the appointment was all about me (which it should be). They werent pushy at all to make me buy a dress. The only thing they said even close to having me purchase a dress that day was that they mentioned the sales they were having but they left it at that. They even took pictures of dresses I tried on and emailed them to me. They were very helpful and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Nice place rude employees, was looking for another dress for my wedding and the consultant was just rude. Tried to convey what I was looking for and she just shoved me over to a rack of maybe 20 dresses and told me plus size would cost more in x designer. Wasnt what I was looking for and basically didnt want to help at all. Told her the designer I liked and rudely said to go to nordstrom to get it. What a waste of time, if you want a bridal experience, I would suggest by my encounter, you wouldnt get one. Davids bridal was a better experience than this!

I recieved the worst manorisim from the owner. She was extremely rude and humiliating! what happened to the old rule dont bite the hand that feeds you? Also another bridesmaid had the same issue another comment had about them not fitting her correctly and they ordered the wrong size. I would definately not go to them!!!

Reasonalbe pricing and nice workers. Been there 2x and have no regrets! I would totally recomend them!
