Horrible customer service. After registering here 2 months ago we were told they would take competitors coupons like bed bath and beyond and buy buy baby. After spending an hour in the store with my husband picking out hundreds of dollars of things we were checking out with the all but friendly Debbi would said we stopped taking bed bath and beyond coupons a few weeks ago only buy buy baby. So I go through and pull my buy buy baby coupons and then she looks at them and said yea we wont take the $5 coupons for them either in an anything but friendly manner. So we will be taking our business to your competition where we can get 20 percent off everything.

One of the best place to be friendly staff members very generous --- I spend 3-4 hrs as its our first baby - I was asking questions over and over calling chraistan not sure ( with glasses white hairs) very very humble -- she was the only one who was helping peoples and there questions managing whole store ... Cant believe how someone can be so humble ... And the guy help us in packing and wraping our stuff ... Very helpful ... Over all great experience ....

You would expect at least clean shopping carts. Few are missing safety belts. So being with children in children store is kind a difficult in a way. Often longer lines at the registers. Cant find available employee to assist on the floor when needed. I like their price match policy though. Restrooms need more attention.

Sort of creepy in an eerily quiet type of way. Got a car seat for my toddler. The selection is more in the budget friendly side but theres a decent variety to choose from. The employees were not too friendly, borderline apathetic. You have to know what your going there for.

We have been to more than our far share of babys r us stores in the last year and I can say that this one is great. It could be bolstered in comparison to the lack of quality of some other stores but its still a great location with a very helpful and friendly staff.

You can hit good deals, most employees are nice and friendly there were some last time I went that didnt really wanna try and do anything of their job, not even an hello can I help you but most of the time its not like that
