They do for every Hoilday the first baby celebration but twice that I have gone there I have seen favoritism to certain people They do raffle and u see small gifts but then I have seen that theyll wait until everybody leaves n they will give strollers walkers car seats and there is no more celebration and they dont even go to purchase anything at the store It very disappointing because u think first experience for your baby and it not

Never had a problem with the staff at this location. Clean and friendly. Wish I could get money instead of store credit for registry returns. How much store credit does a little baby need? Also, the open box return policy is stupid. If I get a gift ordered online and the item is only packaged in one box (car seat) How can I not open it to see what it even is. An item packaged like that should be returnable.

Worse place ever! I bought a crib and I was told they had it in stuck for me to pick it up later. When I came back for it, they made me wait almost an hour! and then told me my crib was no longer in available!!!!! I ended up buying one more expensive because I needed it soon!!! Will never come back to this place and will make sure everyone around me knows the bad experience I had in this place!!!!!

Dont come here very rude customer service, Susan the lady that reluctantly and sarcastically helped my mother and I seemed as if she was doing us a favor to help us and not her job. If my cousin had registered anywhere else I would have taken my business else where. NEVER AGAIN!

I registered here for my daughter about four years ago now and Im excited to be going back to register for my second child. The place has always been clean, well organized, and the workers are friendly. I do recommend babies r us to other expecting parents, friends, and family.

Perfectly well appointed store with all the basics you need. I wish they had more car seats to try out and I didnt like the clothing selection but the staff are super friendly (someone overheard me talking about changing my baby and they handed me a free diaper and wipes).

Disappointed with the customer service at checkout. There were several people in line when the cashier called for assistance. It still took almost 15 minutes before another cashier came to assist.

Always a long wait to the register. Even if there is a long line, more registers are never opened to speed the process up. Very inconvenient especially with little ones getting impatient.
