My husband and I had about $400-$500 worth of baby things and when we went to check out the manager gave us a hard time about the military discount (which weve gotten times before) So I refused to get anything and left the store.... I dont understand how in the past few weeks we have received this discount along with at another location. Luckily our money is good at every store its a shame that they were okay with us walking away to another business that sells the exact same items. I think that if the manager was more graceful and kind about not giving the discount this time we would have purchased everything, but he made us feel like beggars in front of a crowd of people. My husband walked out feeling so ashamed and under appreciated for all the hard work he does day in and day out protecting our country.

Everytime I go here they are out of the formula I need and the kiosk doesnt work. I had 3 $5 off bc I was going there so much. This was the 2nd time I tried to use them as the kiosk was broken twice. For some reason customer service cant print them out?? For the most part the people are helpful but need to restock and keep up on your machines!! I was so frustrated I left everything and walked out.

Babies r us is located inside the toys r us but one whole side of the store is dedicated to babies. The store is well organized and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. One of the members even ran back to the back room to get an item for us that was not on the floor, and we didnt even have to ask him to do that.
