SHAME ON YOU BABIES R US!!! Warning Do Not fall for their credit card scam!!! My wife and I signed up for their rewards credit card in Summer of 2016. On the Monday before Black Friday we paid an extra $500 dollars on it so we could take advantage of the extra savings for Black Friday. Two days later they physically pulled the $500 out of our checking account. Not only was it not available on Black Friday, but today on 11/30/16, a full week after they pulled the money from our account they still refuse to post the $500 payment to our credit card. So as of today not only can we not use their card to buy gifts for our 2 girls, but we dont even have the $500 cash to use somewhere else! SHAME ON YOU BABIES R US FOR USING A CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT STEALS MONEY FROM WORKING FAMILIES DURING THE HOLIDAYS.

I have been here many times in the last 9 months in preparation for our first child. Ive had nothing but great experiences. I had a very nice gentleman help me with the strollers. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient (I didnt know anything about strollers). The other times I had help with my baby registry and had to return a few things I had doubles of. All staff members were friendly and helpful. As I shopped, people asked if I needed help with anything. I really enjoy shopping here!

The assistance manager, Brooks, has provided the best customer service I have ever received, anywhere. Not once, but actually twice. It is way too long of a story to post as a review, but ultimately, Brooks makes it clear that he and his store care about the customer and the welfare of the customers children. His customer service isnt manufactured, he has a big heart and from my experiences, he is excellent at his job. Thank you!

I ordered a crib online and when my son in law went to put it together the headboard to the crib was cracked. So I returned it to the Madison location with my very pregnant daughter and the crib was on back order. However that night the Asst Manager called me and told me of another crib they had and he would give me a % off . I was so excited this was the very crib we wanted to begin with! Im a very pleased Grandma :)

Never go here. Horrible customer service. They also have promotional gift cards that expire and they dont tell you until you try and use it. I only tried to redeem it one month after receiving it. And I had to buy two large packages of their over priced diapers to get it.

It is a pretty normal babiesrus. Great selection of baby items. We live a ways away, so only go there for more specialized baby stuff like car seats.

Expensive but their umbrella strollers are the best quality and the cheapest Ive seen around. If you go here plan on spending quite a bit of money.
