Ive been here numerous times and usually theyve been pretty nice and helpful, but I was here last month and I asked one of the employees if they could help me find an item since I looked all over the store and could not find it. So she took me in the direction of where the item was, from a distance she saw one of her coworkers already heading in the same direction where we were heading and decided to ask her to get the item for me. This other female employee had the audacity to ROLL her eyes like it was the biggest hassle in her life to get the 1 item I had been looking for all over the store.

Store staff are friendly and helpful, but if you want a large item like a crib i would shop elsewhere. They have to order these items and you cant take it to a store or exchange easily. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. We have a small crack in a crib that was delivered and they keep telling us someone will contact us in 2-3 days. We have heard this 4 times! They gave us a return label but say we cant use it until someone contacts us. Next time im buying from amazon. They would have taken care of this immediately, not kick the can down the road for two weeks.

This store has no customer service at all. If you ever have a problem with something you buy from this store dont expect for them to help resolve the issue in any way. Managers cant do anything to resolve any problem, so you have to file a complaint to their corporate office, then expect to wait 5 to 7 days for someone to call you back. You will then tell this person everything that happened, and they will call the same store manager that spoke to you who will tell them that they are not willing to help you.

I registered here for my new baby and I like everything about this place. THe staff is real real friendly and they help you with getting the right items for your baby registry. I am glad I found them and the good thing is, your same registry works at every single Babies are Us location and online. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to register for their newborn.

The staff was great, and I had no problem returning car seats I bought online and was able to exchange them for two that were in the store that was much better. The staff was very helpful and also gave us some pointers on saving with deals. I have gone on several accounts and was helped by different staff and each of them were friendly and very helpful.
