The reason for my three starts was not based off customer service on the floor they were good. I am very disappointed in the fact that I registered for my baby there and at target. Targets retune police is way better. I would not register for baby things at this place. If you rerun things that are not on your registery. They charge YOU 20 precent off the returned items.Even brand new in package!! This is crazy!I dont get this at all? So you retun things that you dont need and they dont give you full price! Target gives you full price and for just having a registery with them they give you 15 precent off to at check out.I spent 170 dollars at buybuy baby and asked if I get a discount for having a registery and the said no??? I asked them well is there any way to get a discount. They said no! Later I find out they have coupons but never offered it when I asked. I feel like this falls so sort on customer service.The people on the floor are friendly but why would I want to spend money and give them business threw a registery if they dont do anything for there customer. Very disappointed. Go to target if you need baby stuff. They have it for cheaper then this place and retun police is amazing.
