Rated a 1 because there is no 0 rating! We ordered an Uppababy travel system from this store. Kristal, the owner, told us it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. After 6 weeks, I checked on the order status. She said it had not shipped yet, & that the color Lindsey usually took longer since it was the most popular color. The next week, she told me the containers had arrived & that it would ship the next Wed. What? The next week, Kristal even pretended to look up the info. on the computer, telling me it would arrive the next week. Then, there was the excuse that the 18 wheelers were delayed because the interstate was closed due to flooding...Well, she called the next week & the car seat had arrived! I asked if the stroller was arriving this same week & she said Yes! I got no call, of course! In the meantime, I took the carseat out of its box to find a receipt from a different online store than Uppababy for the carseat with the date ordered & the arrival date-Kristal did not order the carseat till March 16th. It arrived 1 week later! What happened to 6-8 weeks? Where was my stroller? I went back to the store on Mon., now week 10. She wasnt there but her mom reached her on the phone. I told her to be at the store the next day to refund my money! I had already called Uppababy directly & they said there was no reason it would take 6-8 weeks (now 10 weeks) to arrive. Uppababy said there are plenty of carseats & strollers in stock in ALL colors! They said it takes approximately 1week to receive these items. I asked Kristal why there was a receipt in the carseat box from the other online store & she said she had no idea how it got there. Yet, another lie! I asked Uppababy if it were possible to have a receipt from that other store in the box if it were ordered from Uppababy & they said "absolutely not!" I went back to Kristals store to get my money back & the stroller was there. I took it & didnt say a word. I opened the box looking for another receipt from that same online store, but instead, there was an Overnight Priority shipping label on the box! She ordered the stroller on Mon. after I was in the store demanding my money back! I hope that cost Kristal a LOAD of money! It would be SO much easier to just do the right thing & be honest with customers! I advise anyone who is looking to buy furniture and/or carseats/strollers to RUN elsewhere, or order off a reliable internet site! This is horrible business practice!

Do NOT order anything from All About Baby in Covington, LA. After 8 months of waiting - 224 days to be exact - it was confirmed by the manufacture (Little Castle) that my chair order (which we paid at All About Baby in full 8 months ago) was never placed with manufacture. NEVER. I found this out the day after the owner, Crystal, told me her delivery driver was suppose to deliver the long-awaited chair to my house. When I think about the lies that were told to me Im convinced she has an illness. Heres a quick list of the lies: the chairs were delayed because of the freight strike, the chairs were damaged and had to be sent back to be fixed (the detail and magnitude of this lie far surpasses my comprehension...we spoke at least three times and every conversation I guess she was just making up from thin air?), then the delivery. She told me the delivery driver was in the hospital because of dehydration and it would be postponed even further, thats when my suspensions got the better of me and I called the manufacture. She told the manufacture the same crazy story she told me. Finally they looked up my order to confirm the chair was NEVER ordered, they couldnt find my chair and fabric (or my sisters chair and fabric) in their system. It was allllllll lies. The chairs never even existed. Every single thing she told us was a lie. Crystal did refund us the money (because we told her we would take further action if not). Honestly, its okay that I didnt have a rocking chair for the first 4 months of my first babys life. I have a beautiful home and an amazing family and not getting a rocking chair is a petty thing (in the big scheme of life). But I dont want anyone else to ever have to experience such distrust and disappointment. Please share with your friends and family not to order anything from All About Baby in Covington, La. Per other reviews (on their Facebook page) this is not an isolated incident, it seems to be the way this place does business.

Crystal has no character or integrity. My wife ordered a chair and car seat in January of 2017. A week before the baby was to be born (May 2017) I went there to ask her why we still had no car seat. She said that Chinese New Year had pushed back the orders haha. With the baby being due the following week she said an overnight shipment would be $300 plus an additional $400 due to the weight of the car seat. I left the store to do some research...... I went on Amazon and bought the same exact car seat for$299 with no shipping costs!!!!! Thats about $400 less than she had quoted me!!!!!! Oh and Amazon sent it to my house within 48 hours! At first she would not issue a refund for the car seat. So after arguing about that for a few minutes I agreed to let that credit transfer over to a recliner chair that was also ordered in January that had not come in yet as well. Still to this day (6/20/2017) we have not gotten the recliner and she will not refund us our money. Crystal has claimed to refund my wifes AMEX and VISA card over a month ago but sure enough it has not showed up on either statement. Now she says her payroll company messed up and will be doing it this upcoming Thursday..... Why wait until Thursday? I have asked for a check or cash and she will not do that either. At this point I do not believe anything she says. Please do not buy from her!!! Share this to all your friends. Pretty stressful dealing with this while your wife is pregnant and also after when you have a new born. I would of liked to have the recliner during the first few months. DO NOT BUY FROM CRYSTAL CRUSE HOPPE at ALL ABOUT BABY!!!!!!!!

We ordered the uppa baby stroller in January and was told 6-8 weeks until arrival, stroller arrived end of March. This was cutting it really close baby is due in April. The whole entire time dealing with crystal was a joke, she is a pathological liar. Every time we called to check on stroller she told another lie, I think she has a disease or something - its just not right to treat customers like that- we caught her in several lies and its like she could care less. I dont understand how they are still in business. I do not recommend this store to ANYONE! As the owner replies defensively.... We received the stroller the end of March almost April- it was more like 10 weeks and you lied youre ass off the whole time, we would call to check the status and it was lie after lie- the uppa baby warehouse even said it could be shipped within 1-2 weeks! - its not in my name because another family member purchased it for me- just work on your lying condition you have before you lose to much business!!
