I truly dont care for this location specifically because of all the negative experiences Ive had. Majority of those experiences coming from members of management. The reason I give this store 5 stars is MAINLY because of the manager Jason!! We as consumers seem to only give feedback when its negative. I wanted to be one of the consumers that breaks that cycle! EVERY TIME I encounter Jason he is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful!! Today he assistanted My husband and I with the purchase of a few items to help with our Gnat infestation!! He also gave us home remedies to help with these pest. Jason did not have to go far and beyond to help us. Like I said before hes always extra helpful and informative!!! Thanks Jason!!

I shop at this location frequently, I have the red card and the cartwheel app as well. this location is close to home , however the last few times that I have been in I and my family have been targeted by loss prevention. I spend well over $100 each trip. I do not believe in shoplifting and have taught my family not to. I have also mentioned this to a few checkers and they said have you ever been to the Jennings location? No I have never stepped foot in the place. They have me mistaken for someone that steals from them or has. This is so sad. I will not shop here any more. All money is green regardless of your skin color.

I recently started shopping at this location, in the last 5 days (8/23/15) I made a good purchase. I purchased a Naked smoothie drink when I went to open it on 8/24/15 I realized it was expired on 7/21/15. I also purchased chicken breast from there on the same purchase and I was going to open it and realized it expired on 5/31/15. This is ridiculous when I returned the Naked no one even mentioned that they wound take the other ones off the shelf or anything. I am HIGHLY unsatisfied with this location.

I normally have no issues with this store, but today 2/18/17, I left a case of mason jars on the bottom of my cart, I talked to customer service they didnt have it, they referred me to the cart guy, he saw them and did nothing about it, so was not able to retrieve the jars and they were the only jars on the shelf, very disappointed, he he saw them why did he bring them to customer service, then I would of had my jars. Very disappointed.

All the time i want to do a mistake that the cashier did i go to customer service and all the time they have excuses to dont do the right just because the cashier mess up i hate this store like today i went because last night i buy diapers and it didnt got my cartwheel coupon so they didnt want to giveme 4 dollars from my purchase but its not the first time

They limit you on the quantity of products you can buy... We went to buy 25 gallons of water... Leaving over 20 more on the shelf. My husband and I get to the front and a manager walks over to us before we get IN line to inform us that we could only 3. She professionally showed us their policy, we professionally left the basket there.

The bathrooms are filthy. I went in to change my sons diaper and there was blood on the floor of one of the stalls, overflowing trash cans, pee all over the toilet seats, and unflushed toilets. I went in the car to change him. Ive seen music festival johns in better shape.

I like to shop here and like the cartwheel offers and discounts. However, I am continually disappointed by things being out of stock. 6 out of 10 times things arent there when I need them which is frustrating when it is so consistently bad.

I appreciate Target stores. I would gladly pay just a little but more to not go to Wal-Mart. There is always an employee nearby to help and not act annoyed or bothered when I ask for help (again, so much better than Wal-Mart)

I go there because it is close and clean. The clothing styles cater to tweens--young adults. There is little for ages 35 and up. Adding the over priced grocery section really took away from the selection in other areas.

I was pleasently served at return desk..helped quickly and efficiently by two other employees...the store is always neat and clean and well organized. I recommend the Florrisant Target on N Lindbergh.

OK customer service. Electric carts arent always charged. Extremely difficult to munuvre electric carts in clothing areas. Putting seasonal items in the opposite end of the store is asinine.

LOD name Jim or Tim was very VERY rude. Not only did he have an attitude but he and I quote said " I dont have to answer to you" and Hung up on a CUSTOMER!

I love Target, but this location isnt always stocked well with sale items. Its also sometimes hard to find an employee to help when you have a question.
