They dont deserve any stars!! There is ALWAYS an issue with shipping, as I am currently waiting on items I ordered over a week ago!! They hold the full amount of your order purchased and charge you again once each item ships, so basically u pay twice for your items until they release a hold for the full payment! And please dont call customer service!! Every person you speak with, because you will speak with multiple people, will have an attitude. Im just going to have to suck it up and drive 40 minutes out to go to the store because I will not order online again!!
