Over two years ago when I found out I was pregnant, I made the decision to cloth diaper my daughter. My family thought I was crazy! They had no idea cloth diapers had evolved as much as they have, and a huge player in that evolution is CottonBabies! I will never forget our first trip to the West County, St. Louis store. We walked in and were completely overwhelmed with all of the colors, styles and options they had to offer. We were greeted by an amazing woman named Sarah. She walked us through all of the styles and options, and helped us pick out the diapers that would be best for my family. I will forever be loyal to CottonBabies! While I can always go online and order anything I need, I much more enjoy taking a trip to West County, to see our friends, and check out what is new and happening in the store. The customer service is exemplary, and the efforts of making cloth mainstream is outstanding. The girls are more than employees, they are friends. I recommend stopping by if youre in the area, or if you are thinking about using or switching to cloth!

Love, love LOVE Cotton Babies. Employees are friendly and really get to know you, while providing specific and detailed information about the items you want to know about (& not giving you info about things you dont care about). BumGenius products are high quality, and the Tuesday Seconds sales really helped me stock up and build our cloth diaper stash affordably. I love the various options of diaper systems (& various prices) so we can find ones that work effectively for our child. A welcome, warm environment that Id recommend to any parent looking for info on diapers, wipes, carriers, cloths, cups, maternity clothes & bras, and more. Just a fabulous company overall.

I needed to rent a pump right away and they not only had one available but they will refund if you return your rental early. The staff was super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
