There was a wonderful worker named Blair that saw my sister and I carrying a heavy car seat because we were too stubborn to go back and get a buggy. He cam with a buggy and insisted that he help us. He was very kind and even offered to help us load it in the car. After we got into out car, we witnessed him grab a crib mattress from another woman and carry it to her car. He even waved us bye. Its the kind of customer service you dont see very often anymore. Very much appreciated.

Laziest customer service department in probably the entire retail world. Wife and family visited to purchase high chairs for a shower. Four customer service employees couldnt be bothered to do anything other than pick up a phone and tell someone else to help. Someone else never showed up. Im incensed!
