Lets talk about Mike, who in my opinion needs to be store manager. I walked into the store he asked me if I needed anything, I quickly brushed him off and said "NO!" He smiled and said "okay if you need anything Im over here". Me and my wife continued to shop then quickly knew we needed help. Instead of offering tons of suggestions on thousands of things we didnt need, this guy came back up to me clearly seeing me lost and said "what do you NEED" I see your wife is pregnant and I just want you guys to get what you need before the baby comes. Right away that got my attention, keep in mind Im not friendly nor a people person. But I know this man was sincere in his words and that shocked me. He walked us threw the whole store only showing us clearance prices, it wasnt about the money it was about how much we got with the amount of money we spent! I googled the stuff once I got home and was shocked behind belief on how far my dollar went! Mike is truly an Angel! And a blessing to my unborn son! Thanks everyone at Babies R Us from the Reed Family!

My husband and I went into the Naperville, IL store this evening. We were looking to cash in on our 20% coupons and other great deals they had! We knew what we wanted and met with Jamie (assist. manager) to place our order. Come to find out they had our crib in the back room and we were able to take it home that day. Then with the dresser, there was some confusion (out of stock, not sure when it would be in stock, etc etc...) Jamie clicked and pulled up all sorts of pages on her computer, stepped into the backroom and came back with a smile... she found one of those back in the back room too!! Before we could blink she had the matteress we wanted over her shoulder and she hiked that up to the front too. We were in and out in NO time at all. Everyone was super helpful including Jessica and Katie and a tall skinny guy who helped my husband load up the truck!

I usually have a great experience when I go to shop at this location, which Id why I returned tonight to take advantage of their Pampers special. Their website says they closed at 10 pm. I got there at 9:30 and got the diapers, the girl at the register didnt greet me, had an attitude and lacked any type of customer service skills. Needless to say I think Ill stick to Buy Buy baby. Im sure theyll appreciate my business!

It good. They have great costumer help. The crib that came in was warpped and they were more then understanding and helped out very quickly. Replaced parts and everything. Helped the heavy crib into the car. Hreat selction of clothing. I hate their diaper section when i was there. It was dark, which made it feel weird. Amazing amazing crib bed sheets choices.

Tried to exchange a babys 6 (still had the tags on them...never worn) for a 7 bought just beyond 3 months and they quoted no returns past 3 months to me, then they didnt even have any 7s anyway. When we asked if the clerk could check at other stores she said, "No". Terrible customer service....will not go back to this store or possibly any Babys R Us again.

Terrible customer service, went through two different associates both made it extremely obvious that helping us was the last thing on their mind. Will neve return here. Went to Buy Buy Baby previously and received the best service, this store has no chance against local competitors. Way to lose your market share.
