With my first child, I used to shop at a competitor; however, now that I love much closer to BRU, I almost exclusively shop there. Even more than Target, BRU has become my go-to store for all of my little ones needs. Upon walking into BRU, youll be greeted by Nancy, a sweet, mature woman at the baby registry desk. She has a wealth of product knowledge and is familiar with the various manufacturers, their policies, etc. Prices are comparable to other stores, they almost always have an online coupon, and will also honor a competitors price or their online price. Great selection with competitive prices and frequent promotions. With their largest competitor, you almost always have to use a coupon to get a reasonable price. BRU saves you the inconvenience by offering a fair retail price. In fact, I even purchase diapers, baby food, etc..from there. Great selection of organic baby food, too! Free rewards program that makes returns easy and frequent $5 reward coupons. Good return policy. Easily look up purchase with phone number. Overall, pleasant shopping experience.

Waste of time. If you want quality goods at a decent price, go to buy buy baby. These folks at babys are us have no concept of perceived value. Terrible selection. Bland metal shelves with sub-par displays. Felt like a warehouse kinda. The entire store felt like one big afterthought. 2 thumbs down

Nobody to help, you can literally walk up and down the store and not find a single employee to help you.
