Hate my experience. I have been going here since my baby is born. I have spent thousands of dollars in 7 months. But today I decided not to go here because customer service is so bad. There sad faces and the way they treat you like youre getting stuff for free. Specially Sara (dont know if shes manager) shes very rude. Nothing will kill you if you try to be a little more nice. BABIES R US you better get good employees. Guys are really nice and two girls that are mostly there. Thats how they treat their regular customer whos spending Atleast 200 per week with them.

the manager at the store has no clue to the price match offer at the store. if the same item is for sale at sears for the same price why would i want to buy it from babies r u unless u match their price and beat their price...they do not accept any other coupons on the price match not offer any discount...she was not courteous. she didnt bother to get business from me either..she just let me go or didnt offer any other alternatives...i will never shop here at this store or at any babis r us. i will buy from target or sears.

On my first time visit to this location I was a little upset about the parking area. It was completely full and had to park far away by the bank. But once i got in the store i felt better when i was greeted and pointed to the right direction by one of the employees. On top of that got a discounted price without even looking for one. Great in store experience will recommend to anyone.

Kristine is an excellent lady at customer service. She takes care of everything from purchase to bill. Very patient and co operative. Good communication and pretty helping skills. I buy everything for my son in Baby r us and she helped a lot in finding al the needs.
