The most impressive thing about this web company is how uniquely cheap and poorly constructed their products are. If you offer any other their products as a gift you will be simply embarrassed in the face of your friends and family. Dont despair, however, when you identify that the products are truly second rate, off gas like crazy and have flaking paint (seriously guys - these are products for babies?!) you can contact the company and speak to what appears to the be the owner and operator. This person will inform you of the return policy buried in the site which so draconian that you will never see a penny of your money. With amazon and so many quality websites its a pity this one is still out there actively duping customers. I later found similar personalized products on other sites that had real return policies that were customer friendly. Anyway - buyer beware. Hope this is helpful to others.

This online baby store was the absolute best choice for my purchase for a baby shower gift! The shipment was not only free, but arrived fast and packaged beautifully! I ordered a Welcome Wagon the first time and we were excited to see it in person. My sister opened it at her baby shower and it was the talk of the shower! Had trouble getting my order delivered and thats with EXPRESS delivery. This site does not offer anything that I cant get from Amazon but at least I am guaranteed delivery with Amazon. Not worth the aggravation/price.
